Unsatisfied with service! I bought a Certified Pre-Owned SUV in May 2014. My overall experience with the purchasing of the vehicle was excellent! I have no complaints whatsoeve I bought a Certified Pre-Owned SUV in May 2014. My overall experience with the purchasing of the vehicle was excellent! I have no complaints whatsoever with anyone in the sales department. The service department on the other hand...I was not happy. My vehicle currently has 23,000 miles on it. Two weeks ago I had it towed into the dealership due to my engine overheating. After 2 days of it being in there (and me having to keep calling to check on the status of it) they couldn't seem to find anything wrong with it. The only thing they could "think" could have been wrong was the cooling fan. I was charged the deductible for a new one. A few days later, it ended up overheating AGAIN and took it back. Something was mentioned over the phone to me about the thermostat and them having to order one. After another 2 days...they still couldn't find anything wrong with it and the thermostat wasn't replaced. They said if it happened again to bring it back in. NO THANKS...on to the next dealership for service next time! Then to make matters even better...I get in my vehicle when picking it up to find that the low fuel light was on and didn't even have enough gas to get me home. Thanks for galavanting around town in my vehicle trying to find something wrong with it, and not replacing the gas when it was at 1/2 a tank when I brought it in. They must treat thermostats like "gold" in that place. For $7 at the auto parts store...I took the liberty of changing it myself! I was obviously given the run around and will not be doing service there again! More

Service Manger Rick saved my Christmas, I went in with transmission problems,it turned out to be major,n big time cost . But the service manager worked with me and matched the cost of anothe I went in with transmission problems,it turned out to be major,n big time cost . But the service manager worked with me and matched the cost of another transmission shop,n got me a P U to drive when the work took longer than expected. He saved our Christmas!. But then 3 days later my back up lights went out I thought it was a connection,nope light scocket s where corrosioed. But Rick replaced a bulb clean the connections got them working, but then. Santa Rick wouldn't charge me! Did it for Santa shakes! Thank you Montrose N Merry Christmas!!! To you ALL !!! More

Ask for Tim Krupp I was in the market for a van. Tim worked diligently to find a van that had all the specs I was needing. He even brought the van to my house for a tes I was in the market for a van.
