Best car buying experience, great customer care!! I have purchased 3 cars from Montrose Ford. My sales rep Josh Mills puts the customer first each and every time. He works hard at learning everything I have purchased 3 cars from Montrose Ford. My sales rep Josh Mills puts the customer first each and every time. He works hard at learning everything he can about every car he sells. If he doesn't know he will find out and make sure your needs are taken care of. To top it all off his delivery is exceptional. He will take as much time as needed to go over each and every feature my new car has. In addition to Josh, the VP Chris Mills is just as concerned for the customer and makes it his mission to make sure the customer comes first. Chris has taken personal care of me, even when I have come in for service he makes sure I am taken care. It's really nice to be greeted by first name when I go into the dealership. I would recommend anyone talk to Josh when looking for their next car if they want the best car buying experience ever!!! More
