I bought the car with the help of the sales professional Josh Mills that gave us the best price and service. After I bought it because it was late I leave it there so they can fill the tank, wash it and put a paint and interior protection from Cal-Tex (resit all). They told me that the car was going to be ready today at 11am and at 11am was ready. If you are looking for a great dealer and a sales professional ask for Josh Mills. More

An Honest Review: I’d like to start by saying that I have a general disdain for car shopping, and car dealerships. I’ve never had a good car shopping experience…... U I’d like to start by saying that I have a general disdain for car shopping, and car dealerships. I’ve never had a good car shopping experience…... Until a couple weeks ago. My experience with Montrose Ford of Fairlawn was anything but ordinary. Like most good stories, it started on a dark and stormy night. In retrospect, I’m not exactly sure that is the best time to go car shopping. However, I went out anyways and purchased a 2017 Certified Preowned Ford Expedition. Salesman John Burns made the whole experience quite good. Despite being relatively new to this line of work, he was quite informed and was able to answer all my questions about the vehicle and the purchasing process. John stood out above any car salesman I’ve ever dealt with. He was genuine and honest, and he wasn’t faking it. I would highly recommend him to my own friends and family. I mentioned my experience above as being anything but ordinary. I say this because of something I noticed after purchasing a dripping wet car in the dark. Upon arriving home and putting the Expedition in my garage I noticed a small dent on the door. I was pretty bummed out but tried to shake it off and forget about it. The next morning, I went out to look at it again and noticed several more dents in a cluster on the rear quarter panel. They were soft and shallow dents with no paint chips or cracks, but it still looked bad. Like I said, don’t go car shopping in the rain. I sent pictures to John and asked what might be done about it. To make a long story short, John worked with upper management, Joe Dyer and ultimately Chris Mills to get it fixed. It was likely determined that the dents occurred after the vehicle was certified and before I purchased it. How the dents occurred is still a mystery, but the size, height from the ground, and number of them without any paint scuffs makes me think that someone either intentionally vandalized it while on the car lot, or someone got into a fight beside it. At the end of the day, John Burns, Joe Dyer, and Chris Mills all decided to do the right thing and fix it at their expense. The award winning, in-house body shop replaced the entire panel and repainted it to a perfect factory finish. This was my first experience with this dealership, but they treated me like a lifelong customer. I will be back, and I will recommend friends and family. I would like to offer my friends at Montrose Ford one small recommendation. Because certified cars need to leave the lot in certified condition when they are eventually sold, take five minutes after the moment of sale to take numerous pictures of all the body panels on the car. These pictures could be used to ensure that certified vehicles leave your possession in certified condition. The pictures could also be used to avoid future speculation of how or when body damage may have occurred. More
