I explained the reason for my visit and she immediately helped identify the problem (a replacement bulb was needed). She conferred with Andre who said they could fix it within the hour, or I could just buy the bulb. After a phone call to my husband we opted to just purchase the bulb and he would handle. Rhonda walked me right to the parts counter where she let that employee know what I needed. Andre patiently explained a few items of importance to relay to my husband that made the replacement of the bulb quick and easy. Test drove 5 cars and had no intention of buying any of them. Figured I'd see what my vehicle was work so I have a better idea when the time came to replace it. They gave me a great deal on my trade in and help me think of questions I never would have thought to ask. John was super friendly the entire time and help me through the entire process.
