I recently brought in my 2019 Nissan Rogue for a fog light install, only to find out not enough parts were ordered and that the quoted price was nearly triple what I originally paid for parts. Also, I light install, only to find out not enough parts were ordered and that the quoted price was nearly triple what I originally paid for parts. Also, I had to take valuable time off of work which cost me a day's pay, only to have them tell me they could not do the install unless I spend an additional $600+ dollars on parts. To add further insult to injury, the parts were not in stock and needed to be ordered, which meant I would have to take another day off work to have the lights installed. Nonetheless, I was livid where nothing was accomplished. On an unrelated subject, the service manager told me that my VSC warranty purchased thru Nissan would not be accepted at their dealership. I called their corporate office and warranty company, who confirmed that their VSC was accepted at any Nissan dealership. Overall, my experience with this dealership was very negative. More
I had an appointment to have service fix an issue with my car heater which does not seem to work after running for half an hour.This is the second time I brought my car in.After waiting for 2 hours they come car heater which does not seem to work after running for half an hour.This is the second time I brought my car in.After waiting for 2 hours they come back and said they need me to drop the car since they need a whole day to find out the problem. So they have time only for a week after. They would not even keep the car ...they said they have no time booked all the way ....I thought that's the reason I called a week before and book an appointment..they should have given me another day if they are so short of staff. The guy Cameron and Chris in service are a total joke... is in a rush to get you out of there ...than trying to fix your problem...lack of manners rude and ignorant are all I can say about the service of this dealership.Stay out from that place..RIP OFF AND UNPROFESSIONAL More
I took my vehicle back for service and still hear the noise coming from my vehicle. I feel that the service manager should have been more attentive as well he just seemed to want me gone to be honest. Se noise coming from my vehicle. Instead of changing the brakes out as we spoke on he just had my vehicle lubed. To say the least it’s still a horrible place to have service done. If I was a manager I would have done what was needed to please the customer not try to avoid the customer. It’s our vehicle our money that we invest and we want to keep up our vehicle not have dealerships tear them apart and not want to fix the problem. I also stated that I did not want the same person back on my vehicle and not only was my request ignored it just pissed me off even more because of the lack of the manager not holding up to his end. I should not even had to travel back there because he was fully aware that I was coming to see him the first time so an appointment should have been set for that day. DON’T USE THIS DEALERSHIP FOR REPAIRS THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AT ALL!!! More

Do not buy from here and definitely do not service. I have had two bad interactions with the service and the past three months For 2 different cars. You call for a manager 11am and nobody is around except the sales manager to sell another car they don’t want to service. More
Service Writer Cynthia was excellent. She ensured the work scheduled on my Rogue was completed in a timely manner and performed accurately. The technology package on the vehicle is great!
