Two months ago this dealership promised me a new Altima at a mutually agreed upon price. They promised to hold the car for a week. When I called and told them I was ready to purchase the car, I was told at a mutually agreed upon price. They promised to hold the car for a week. When I called and told them I was ready to purchase the car, I was told the car was no longer available at the given price. I then went to another Nissan dealership and purchased an Altima. Since then I have continued to receive emails from Montgomery, even though I have asked to be removed from their email list numerous times. I would not recommend this dealership. More

Their dedication keeps me and my family committed to not only the Nissan name but also this particular dealership in Montgomeryville. They are willing to go the extra mile to put me and my family in cars that fit our needs and our budget. They have even stayed hours past closing just to help educate us and make us feel comfortable with our selections. Thanks to Mike and his crew, we will forever be loyal to Montgomeryville Nissan. Just went through this guys, I will say the buying process was not too bad initially. They were very nice and my sales guy Walt was okay. The problem and maybe their true character came out when thing process was not too bad initially. They were very nice and my sales guy Walt was okay. The problem and maybe their true character came out when things went wrong. Within a day of signing, the car was making a noise, usually a lower speeds. I took it back to them and told them I did not want to proceed with the deal given these issues. They asked me that they look at it, in case it was something minor. Turns out this was just a ploy by them as they kept pushing the loan paperwork through. As it turned out the car had to have an alternator replaced. When I told them that I wanted out they went 3 days without calling me back (eventually blaming the snow), and then saying they couldn't really do anything anyway because the deal is already funded. I would stay away from these guys. There are other dealerships out there that will do the right thing by their customers. You can always tell good people with how they respond when things don't go well. Do they do the right thing? Drew Pearlman standard response was in Pennsylvania, once you sign, the car is yours. It was clear he did not want to lose this sale in his numbers and that was his priority. I know people's experiences differ, and my experience is similar to most when things were going well. I will stay away from them because of how they behaved when things did not work the way they are supposed to. More
Definitely a great experience - Darryl was very friendly and made the entire process quick and easy! I was able to trade my vehicle for a great price and lease a Rogue. My previous vehicle loan payoff, insu and made the entire process quick and easy! I was able to trade my vehicle for a great price and lease a Rogue. My previous vehicle loan payoff, insurance, title, etc. were all handled by Darryl/Montgomeryville Nissan. I came in Saturday morning with my old car and walked out Saturday morning with my new vehicle! :) More
I started the search for a reliable used car with a manual transmission several weeks ago. As most people, I was extremely leery about the salespeople I had been meeting due to both the stereotype ass manual transmission several weeks ago. As most people, I was extremely leery about the salespeople I had been meeting due to both the stereotype associated with used car salespeople and my personal experience with them. However, I located a Honda Accord with a manual transmission on the Montgomeryville Nissan website and made contact with the internet rep, Tina Logue. Surprising to me, our conversation was FUN and not pushy whatsoever. I made the appointment to meet the salesperson (along with my son) and held my breath knowing what I was in for. I could not have been more wrong! Rob Dougherty, salesman, greeted us at the door and instantly put me at ease. He was approachable, laid back, and down to earth, but…due to previous experiences, I was still somewhat hesitant. After taking the car for a test drive, I mentioned that the steering felt off. Rob offered to drive it to see if he agreed. Of course, I figured his response would be that the steering was fine and it was all in my head (as a woman test driving cars with a manual transmission…I’ve heard that before). NO! Rob agreed there was something amiss with the steering, but was unsure what it was, so…he asked a colleague, Spencer Slyshot, to test drive it (Spencer was a mechanic but moved into the finance department…the company likes to promote from within and cross-train employees). Spencer also stated the steering was off and had recommendations as to what it could be. I was assured before I purchased the car, the steering would be fixed along with the other minor things I had concerns about. No money down required or anything to be signed until I was completely satisfied it was fixed. The negotiating process was easier than anticipated based on my past experiences and the sales manager, Drew Perlman, was very accommodating. NO ONE we met in the company was pushy, arrogant, dismissive or slimy (you know what I mean). They were ALL a pleasure to work with! I did not agree to purchase the car (I had two others I wanted to check out before making a final decision), but told Rob I’d be in touch. I ended up with a Honda CR-V manual transmission (I became stuck on wanting an AWD after a nasty rainstorm in Downingtown). I called Rob and told him I had bad news. He asked what the news was and when I told him we went a different way, instead of being dismissive and rude he said he was happy for us and the important thing was to find a car we liked and felt comfortable with. What a class act! Because of the people I met there, when I am in the market for a new car, I will DEFINITELY be going to Montgomeryville Nissan (even though they’re 40 minutes farther out than my closest Nissan dealer). Thank you, Rob for being awesome! More
I had the absolute BEST experience at Montgomeryville Nissan. From the moment I got out of my car I was greeted with a friendly hello from Rob D., who turned out to be an honest, trustworthy, down-to-ea Nissan. From the moment I got out of my car I was greeted with a friendly hello from Rob D., who turned out to be an honest, trustworthy, down-to-earth salesman - never meet anyone else like him at a car dealership before. Everyone is just so nice and friendly there, I never felt they were trying to push anything on me. Everything went smoothly and Sales Manager Mike Ladowtiz helped make our experience of buying a new car so painless an actually enjoyable. I truly felt like family once I walked in the door. Montgomeryville Nissan gained a lifelong customer. Car dealers everywhere should take note of the outstanding service this place gives! Cannot be matched!! If you are looking for a new or used car, don't go anywhere else! More
My family and I visited Montgomeryville Nissan this past Saturday and picked up a New Altima! My 04 Sebring died on the way home from work on Friday night, but Mike, Terry & Steve took great care of us, and Saturday and picked up a New Altima! My 04 Sebring died on the way home from work on Friday night, but Mike, Terry & Steve took great care of us, and we are now a 2 Nissan family. We bought a New Quest from the same dealer back in January! We cannot say enough good things about the dealership. From the Owners, to the Mgt., Sales and Service teams, we were treated like royalty. It was "Old Fashioned" customer service, with a smile and you can’t get that just anywhere! Wishing many more years of success to the Nappen's, and all the folks who make their dealership so great to work with! More
To sum it all up, this place is an absolute joke. I went in on May 17th to have some transmission issues checked out - I still have my powertrain warranty so I figured there would be no harm in a checkup. I in on May 17th to have some transmission issues checked out - I still have my powertrain warranty so I figured there would be no harm in a checkup. I made an appointment, went in in the morning, gave my keys, explained the situation, and waited around. 1) "Test Drive" - The technician who test drove my car took it up to 79mph.. on the road in front of the dealership (the end of a highway, a normal road). I know this because I pulled my GPS data when I got home, and it wasn't a surprise that for 0.5 miles the speed was a constant 79mph (then dropping to 62). This is twice the speed limit, do you need to speed to "test" if there are any issues? Absolute bullsh**. I pulled the data twice off my GPS to confirm that this was indeed the speed. 2) "We will check if there are any stored codes on the ECU" - No, no you won't. I have a Garmin Ecoroute HD plugged into my OBD port (to monitor temperature, check codes etc.) and whenever you pull it out you need to reconfigure it to your GPS. When I got in my car, I didn't have to, and I just pulled it out now to check if I had to reconfigure it again (I did). This leads me to believe that my ECU was never checked for any codes. 3) "Since you modded your car your warranty isn't valid for this issue" - Once again, no. The Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act exists for this very reason (which states that if an issue is found and a modification is DIRECTLY related to the cause of this issue, your warranty is void). They didn't even find out what the issue was, but instead went straight to blaming anything that wasn't stock. With that, this was a complete waste of my time. Besides the technician taking my car up to nearly 80mph, lies about checking codes, this place is severely outdated; while other dealerships have revamped their whole atmosphere, this one is in dire need of renovation. They have a couple of chairs in the waiting room, a popcorn machine (literally), two vending machines and a coffee maker. Wow. Please stay away from this dump. I'm about to file a complaint with Nissan Consumer Affairs, but I doubt that'll do anything. More
