They pretended they did not have the keys to my trade in. The manager Jason was rude. I was offered increasingly more expensive options on a lease with trade if simple math is performed. We came here because I had an excellent experience with previous management. Nissan executive administration needs to help this place out or close its doors. There is a complete lack of integrity; it's one scam after another. I will never step foot in here again. More
