Alex was totally on the ball, rang us a couple of hours after our initial phonecall telling us he'd spoken to a couple of dealerships but felt he could do better. Then later on in the afternoon he rang us again with a very good deal. My partner is a bit suspicious of doing business purely on the phone or Internet, but after persuasion by me, was so impressed with the service. It took just 6 hours fo r us to purchase the exact vehicle we wanted, colour etc and we didn't have to leave our house. We didn't have the necessary funds immediately, having to get them from a superannuation fund, but that wasn't a problem, we just made a small deposit, and then contacted the dealership when our funds came through. We did have a slight hiccough with the dealership which was because the Manager went away on leave after making the arrangements with us. His staff weren't quite on the ball with the follow up. Love My New Car "First time using the Montage Auto & so much easier than being harassed at the car yard, from when you walk in to the day you order when you get push "First time using the Montage Auto & so much easier than being harassed at the car yard, from when you walk in to the day you order when you get pushed into buying all the extras & protection etc. They phone you back that day & only have to pay a deposit, then you have contact from the car yard with delivery date etc. The only negatives is I only had a couple of hours to make my decision as they wanted a deposit that day & also there needs to payment details from the start as we paid by credit card & got charged the merchant fees.
