If I could give a 0/5 star rating I would. I bought a 2016 duramax not even a year ago with the best warranty they offered $2900. With the warranty you have to mainly take your vehicle there for service and repairs. I was there in June for an oil change and I wanted them to do an alignment as well. They did the oil change and told me they were unable to do alignment because my ball joint was broken, they would call me after the weekend with estimates and a date for repairs. I never heard back so after waiting a month I scheduled the appt myself which was somewhat booked out. I had a list of things to check. Anyways I get called and they say the ball joint is fine but I need an alignment and now new front tires. I was stunned because I had previously been refused an alignment due a broken ball joint that they diagnosed! My wires are now showing on my truck and I had to order a set of used tires for $200 and they said they would put them on for me for free ($40) and give me a deal on the alignment, also wanted me to pay $250 per tire! Manager wanted to give me a discount on $500 for 2 tires. I asked if they could just pay the $200 for my tires and at least do the alignment for free and I was told no even after reaching management. I was refused service due to them misdiagnosing my truck and never getting back to me and they act as if they did nothing wrong and can do nothing more for me. After purchasing a $50k truck and $3k warranty I expect to be treated better than this. I will not be returning to this company for anything unless it’s under warranty and even after that I will take it to my diesel mechanic and have them double check. What I was asking for was nothing to this company and instead of helping me lost a customer and I’ve already talked to others that have had horror stories here. Service manager couldn’t have cared less and happily turned me away. Next step is the BBB for these folks and me because this is just WRONG and now I’m paying Goodyear to put my tires on an do alignment and after hearing my story from this place he made an extra spot for me and gave me a deal! Many other shops said this is absolutely absurd! They won’t be held accountable and take responsibility for their mistakes when this company makes tons. More

Had a great experience with Hayden purchasing the vehicle. 30 days into owning the car it started idling bad and randomly stalling. Took it to the Ford Dealership to look at it. The turbo downpipe ha vehicle. 30 days into owning the car it started idling bad and randomly stalling. Took it to the Ford Dealership to look at it. The turbo downpipe had a hole in it which had an attempted bandaid fix on it that failed and there was a bolt missing which secured it to the turbo. Contacted Jesse in the finance about the 30 day limited warranty that comes with the car and this didn't cover this issue. I placed a bad review on facebook and Google, was told to call and ask for Frank Marriott. I called him twice before talking to him. I told him I put my trust in Monster Motors and was wondering if they could do anything to help me out as I just made a $42,000 purchase. He stated he would see what he could do even though I left a 1 star review. He promised to give me a call back in an hour. 2 weeks later I am still yet to hear back. I have since had the car fixed with a price total of $999.13 and left a voice-mail with Frank if they could split it with me to make it right and I'll surely change my review to a 5 because I really did enjoy the original experience. More
