Had a oil change done on truck a couple of months ago , was not done right,they left something lose ,went back for them to review,they fixed their mistake. I had my Gladiator in for its regular scheduled maintenance. I had originally made my appointment via Monrovia CDJR’s online appointment system with a different service advisor, but they weren't th maintenance. She was friendly and always willing to answer my questions. She was very clear about the work that was to be done, as well as the timeframe. She set realistic expectations and it was nice to work with someone who wasn’t trying to sell me any unnecessary services. When I encountered a discrepancy regarding how much oil the service department had placed into my truck, she consulted with the right folks to make sure all the right services were performed. (Gladiators, according to their manual, are to get 5 Qts; the service write-up showed 6 Qts.) I thought I was hearing something anomalous with my Jeep, but Laura and Irvin accommodated my concern and helped me verify that nothing was wrong with my vehicle. I didn’t purchase my vehicle from Monrovia CDJR, but I chose this service department because of its high reviews. I wasn’t disappointed. More
