Horrible, I usually take my truck to a different dealership, but I had to take it here as my truck required immediate service, this was on a Wednesday via an appointment. Upon arriving and explaini dealership, but I had to take it here as my truck required immediate service, this was on a Wednesday via an appointment. Upon arriving and explaining the issue, I even took the technician for a drive, is way there was no misunderstanding of issue. I was advised it would take a couple of days. On Friday I called twice to check on the status, left my number to service rep. to call me back with no response. Come Monday, I was finally able to talk to service rep. and I was told, my truck was next in line to be put on lift in order to a diagnosis of issue. Even with an appointment to drop off truck, it did not get on a service lift until sometime on Monday. Once the estimate was provided the authorization to complete the work was given. The next thing I get was on Thursday; I get an email from the dealership which indicated I had parts waiting for pick-up. I call the service rep. on Friday, to figure out what was going on, and I'm told that they are just waiting on parts. Confused I tell the service rep. I received an email yesterday that parts were waiting in the parts department, to which I was told they told you before they told us. Two weeks after drop-off, a call (on a Thursday) was made to get status and was told it would be completed later that afternoon, IT WAS NOT. I called on Friday, left my number with no response. Finally on Monday the service rep. asked an email that truck was ready to be picked up, nearly 3 weeks. Horrible service, lucky this will be the last time they service my truck. More
I had a problem with my trans they say it is fixed but still not correct. I am going to take it to another service center to see it they can fix the problem. They claim my trailer is too heavy but only 6k still not correct. I am going to take it to another service center to see it they can fix the problem. They claim my trailer is too heavy but only 6k pounds truck can supposedly pull 10. I loose all power when towing and getting one mile per gallon but I am told that is just how it is even though it was fine before. I had the same problem at 40k miles and they fixed it my trailer then was only 4 k pounds. I am not sure what to do next.... I have a 5.6 L engine that I guess can not tow at all. More

Service center damaged my rooftop Tent and while on the lift. Did not disclose damage until I discovered it and is now not accepting full responsibility for a full and proper repair. Very disappointed. Fred in the service department is the worst person to work with. He is a liar. He is a fraud. He is incompetent and inconsistent. I was given the run around about my car and I was given broken promises and lies by Fred. He would say he would call me back and so much more. He never did. I had to reach out to him multiple times and I did that everyday until I had my car towed away and took it to a better mechanic who did not play games and who was more honest. I will NEVER recommended Monrovia CDJR to anyone. Especially your service department. You guys disappointed me big time and do not have my trust. If I could give no stars I would. More
I have enjoyed working with Monrovia Jeep Dealer over the years, but was not as happy this time as I usually am. I left my Jeep for a week and spent Over $3,000.00 in repairs, yet when I picked it up it was years, but was not as happy this time as I usually am. I left my Jeep for a week and spent Over $3,000.00 in repairs, yet when I picked it up it was filthy. Other times it had been washed and clean which I thought was a very nice bonus which I appreciated. Secondly the paperwork stated that the tires had been checked and were in good condition, yet the pressure readings were all very low from 29-33 lbs/tire. (so I went and filled them up myself) Thirdly, since the dash board was removed and reconnected to replace the evaporator, the settings for the information settings was locked and I am unsure how to reset it, so Monday I will be coming back into the service department to see if they can help me reset it. More
