After a bad experience with another dealership, working with Mario Soto and Daniel Tellez to lease a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited was a blessing. We largely negotiated the price online, and there were no surprises or hidden fees when I got to the dealership. From the sales team to the finance department, everyone was professional, and answered all of my questions regarding the lease, the vehicle, and even a few unrelated questions. 30k service was Very expensive ! I did get two different prices from two different service reps. which was confusing They both ended up within $100 of each other. No loaner cars, e I did get two different prices from two different service reps. which was confusing They both ended up within $100 of each other. No loaner cars, even with an appt was disappointing. They work was done correctly and in a timely manner. There was a problem in the recreation of my overheating ( limp mode) upon hot, long, 70mph driving. All said and done service was well done, my service rep Jonathan was understanding and I was generally happy. More
