Mr. Smith, We value our clients’ safety and satisfaction above all and feel that we did our best to make your experience as seamless as possible. Although the Road Hazard warranty only covers an identified object in the tire causing it not to hold air, I did my best to get this covered for you- though the condition of your tire would not usually qualify. Although our standard procedure allows service clients to receive alternate transportation if their vehicle is here at the shop, I provided you with a 2020 Dodge Charger GT with only 1,910 miles- for the rate that we give only to our service clients. At the time of signing the agreement for the rental, I informed you that you would be the responsible party if there was an obstruction or puncture, and we were not informed of your flat tire until two+ days after this agreement was signed. I do understand how frustrating it is to have to pay for the tire replacement, however, we must do what is necessary to keep all of our clients safe. Patching and plugging is unfortunately not an option for this reason. We do apologize for the inconvenience and hope you understand where we are coming from.
