I had my Gladiator in for its regular scheduled maintenance. I had originally made my appointment via Monrovia CDJR’s online appointment system with a different service advisor, but they weren't th maintenance. She was friendly and always willing to answer my questions. She was very clear about the work that was to be done, as well as the timeframe. She set realistic expectations and it was nice to work with someone who wasn’t trying to sell me any unnecessary services. When I encountered a discrepancy regarding how much oil the service department had placed into my truck, she consulted with the right folks to make sure all the right services were performed. (Gladiators, according to their manual, are to get 5 Qts; the service write-up showed 6 Qts.) I thought I was hearing something anomalous with my Jeep, but Laura and Irvin accommodated my concern and helped me verify that nothing was wrong with my vehicle. I didn’t purchase my vehicle from Monrovia CDJR, but I chose this service department because of its high reviews. I wasn’t disappointed. More
I bought 4X wheels and 4X Yokohama tires from this dealership. My front tire on the driver’s side blew out within 5 months. This dealership gave me a rental while waiting for my new tire and wheel to dealership. My front tire on the driver’s side blew out within 5 months. This dealership gave me a rental while waiting for my new tire and wheel to come in. The rental got a flat tire after driving it for 2 days and they want me to pay for a new tire for the rental. The flat just happened and was no fault of my own and the employee who was “helping me” come to find out is the same person who is charging me for this tire. And to top it all off my one wheel and tire still isn’t ready yet! More

John Howard was the manager handling the recall repairs of my 2015 Diesel RAM. While the vehicle itself has been the subject of about 10 recalls, the dealership handled the repairs and I appreciate that J of my 2015 Diesel RAM.
