Dear Mr. Bouvy, Please let me begin by apologizing for the experience you went thru. This is not how we run Monroeville Dodge.In-fact, our customer satisfaction index is over 95% in this region, and Paul Turner's csi comes in around 92%. It is very dis-heartening to me to lose your business especially after you just purchased one. Please excuse our progress, The lot attendant who cleaned it, was his first day. Never the less Paul should have inspected it for proper delivery. Paul did inform me that you were in a hurry to leave after being here for so long. Late yesterday, Paul and Jeff made me aware of the situation with the dealer trade. There was several issues that held up the trade with the other dealer which delayed the arrival of your truck. Jeff Yates explained to me that he did have a couple of conversations with you explaining we could not meet your demands of a 3:00 pm deliveries and it would have to be delayed for later that day and you wanted to cancel. When Jeff brought it to my attention, I advised him to try to keep you happy with offering either some accessories for the truck or an additional $1000 dollar discount even though we only had a $200 profit on the sale. From what I understand, it was to late at that time and you were to upset to deal.I guess we both lost out, I certainly wished it could have worked out differently. Please let us correct the delivery with your charger at your convenience. You have my word that this situation will not go un addressed. We take pride in our customer standards and thrive to be the best in the industry, but we also understand that there is 5% that we just can't please no matter what. Again, I apologized that we could not meet your demands and if given a second chance, I would do everything possible to accommodate you with all your vehicle needs.
