It has been a while since I last been to Monroe Nissan, however today I have had an excellent experience with two awesome members of the Service Department, Tammy (I did not catch her last name) and Tracy however today I have had an excellent experience with two awesome members of the Service Department, Tammy (I did not catch her last name) and Tracy Williams. I had some concerns about my vehicle, these women took my concerns, documented them, and relayed them to the technician. This team of three including the technician did a great job with keeping me in the loop about my vehicle, understood my concerns, checked out my vehicle, found some stuff, and I am happy with the resolution. I felt welcomed, heard, understood, and not only that, a peeve of mine that they definitely soared...the interior of my vehicle was kept clean in the process!) I absolutely enjoyed my experience at Monroe Nissan. This crew, definitely is a game changer for me, Great Service, Great Attitude, Complete Care, Professionalism, Kindness, and Understanding. I will be returning my business back to Monroe Nissan! To add, These two women have been by far awesome, not only that, all the other members of the service team/sales/customer service were just pleasant and kind! It makes a big difference! More
I only give reviews when i feel it is appropriate and in this case i will have to double down. Last week was the second time i had the pleasure of working with Tracy Williams in the service department and s this case i will have to double down. My last two experiences was everything anyone could ask for! Tracy Williams has given me the confidence that Nissan Monroe is the right place to continue to bring my cars in for service. More

Horrible service. Been calling for 2 days to make appt for oil change. Have to leave a message because no one EVER picks up the phone. I've gotten no call back. Might be just as well, last time I had an appt, I waited over 2 hours for an oil change. More

I have taken my Titan in for service multipole times. The Service Advisor Rebecca is outstanding. She is prompt. Always tell me what's going on with my truck. Advises me on what I should do next. They claim express service: totally untrue. I visited Nissan service on July 1st for oil change and I experience the worst customer service ever . My car was ready to be pick up and I had to wait 45 minu Nissan service on July 1st for oil change and I experience the worst customer service ever . My car was ready to be pick up and I had to wait 45 minutes to drive off. If I had not get the sales manager involved I would probably have waited for at least one hour or more. The employees were so rude unfriendly started from the service manager to the woman sitting behind the cashier. These employees fail to meet the customer expectations in term of service quality and response time. Every year, businesses lose millions $$$ because of an attitude of employees including poor service quality. More

Many thanks to Morris and Ryan at Monroe Nissan’s Service Department!!! I have had a horrific time with getting an alignment on my ‘19 Nismo Z. I’ve been to two other Nissan dealerships with zero success Department!!! I have had a horrific time with getting an alignment on my ‘19 Nismo Z. I’ve been to two other Nissan dealerships with zero success. I didn’t want to go out side of Nissan because the techs should know exactly what needs to be done to get a Nissan Z alignment in specs. I am aware that the Z and GT-R are tricker to get straight BUT I knew I’d finally find that one Master Service Tech that could do it. Thankfully, I called and spoke to Morris and told him what I was up against and what I’ve already dealt with. Morris, without hesitation, had enough confidence in Ryan to set me up with a time to come in to have Ryan take a look at things to see what he could do with such a tricky car to align. With that said, Ryan, with his wicked knowledge and talent was able to get my Z safely drivable and straight again!! I feel so relieved to have met Morris and Ryan. I am super grateful for their Knowledge, Excellent Customer Service and Ability to do a great job and take care of my vehicle as if it were their own. It’s a blessing to have guys that I trust with my Z finally! It’s in great hands now!! Morris and Ryan are First Class and I HIGHLY recommend them. Thank you both so much and I Will be back once I need any further maintenance done. Tony More
