Disrespected. VERY POOR service!!! I have been LAUGHED at and TALKED DOWN to by the general manager! She did NOT listen to what I had to say, and she did not CARE o VERY POOR service!!! I am generally a nice person, and believe it or not she made me cry. Needless to say I would NEVER recommend anyone to this dealership. I would rather ride a bike, rather than being talked down to as if my experience did not count because I was a young woman. I do get that woman do not have much experience on parts and service on cars, but you do not have the right to make anyone feel like they do not matter to a buisness. Seriously so terrible. I told everybody that I knew so they would not be treated the way that I was treated, and all the men in my family was furious. They took it too far, and everybody needs to know this because they will take advantage of YOUR daughters, nieces, wife, Aunts, literally any woman you know. I am sure after the next week or so you'll see everybody I know writing bad reviews, because it is NOT right what they did. Last words from the general manager, "There will be nobody here tomorrow to answer any of your questions, there will only be somebody here to take your money, and for you to pick up your car." That is exactly how they make you feel throughout the whole experience. C'mon people, you can do better, you deserve better. More
Fixed the reason I brought it in!! When I brought it in I knew what the problem was because I scanned the computer. I told my mechanic, because I have gone there since it was new. They still had to prove it because of the warranty, that took longer than i wanted. I had a rental car it would have been up, they told me to keep it another day, so that the repairs were completed! I talked to the man at the 3rd desk, I don't know his name but he was a rude when I told him I needed an oil change. He barked out that it would be at least 1 1/2 hours before my car even got in the garage. I stated that I guess I wasn't getting my oil changed that day. I came back a week ago and talked to the person at the first desk (her name is Shawna). She was very professional and took very good care of me. I am a manager out at DEP Engine plant and did not like how I was treated by the first guy. Can't wait until the new dealership opens in Dundee so I can go there. Oh yea, I am in the company car program and everybody at my plant knows that all dealers don't care for the program..... More

A Monroe Dodge representative came to my place of business, left a 2014 loaner vehicle for my use (it is nice My Ram 3500 is a Business Link vehicle. A Monroe Dodge representative came to my place of business, left a 2014 loaner vehicle for my use (it is nice to drive a new model vehicle to see the evolution of the Ram line), and took my Ram 3500 for service...a left tie rod recall notice had been sent out. My vehicle was returned to my place of business the following day. My vehicle had been running well prior to the recall service and after the recall service. Monroe Dodge made this service recall comfortable and easy! An additional note, they provide the same type of pick up service for oil changes and regular maintenance...greatly appreciated! More

Brought 4 month old Journey back to dealership due to rear tires balding and concern over gear shifting. Received call two days later that no issues were found and they would not be replacing the tires. rear tires balding and concern over gear shifting. When I went to pick vehicle up I requested a call from the service manager as she was not there. Never receives call so I finally called back. She stated they had checked alignment and it was within spec. They could not explain the balding of tires except that they had not been rotated. Took vehicle to Belle Tire for rotation and to check alignment. Received call from them stating the alignment had been adjusted as the tie rods had wrench marks all over. Back to Monroe Dodge where they are still denying they adjusted anything. Glenda said she would personally look at vehicle when I arrived to pay for new tires. When I arrived she had already gone home. As it relates to Chrysler paying for the tires; she said it was almost impossible to get anything done on a Friday afternoon because nobody is around. Obviously she was talking about herself. So now I get to pay for new tires on a 4 month old vehicle. Will NEVER be back to Monroe Dodge. This was the 3rd and LAST vehicle I will ever buy from there! More
