I called about looking at the selection of Chrysler 200's they had. Two employees drove one out to my house and left it in the driveway for me to test drive. I was shocked. I wanted to be sure I had chosen the right vehicle so I test drove a few other ones. I decided on the S that was dropped off at my house was right for me. Shane Smith made the process of purchasing the vehicle very easy and painless. The only things I really had to do were to make the decisions and sign the papers. I had great customer service and a great experience overall. I would gladly purchase another vehicle from Monroe Superstore or recommend them to others. More

This is our 10th vehicle with Monroe Dodge and as always everything was GREAT!! Walked in on Thursday around 6:30 and walked out that night very happy with our NEW 2013 Charger. We bought a used Jeep Commander earlier this year. The salesman was pushy and misleading. He told us that our trade would be worth thousands less in a matter of months. He told us that since the car had not been serviced that it would all be taken care of. We brought it in for service, they ignored most of what was said and did an oil change. There was an issue with the service 4WD message coming on. They evidently did nothing to fix this. Now the message comes on every time that we drive it. I am told that the issue is with computer software and will require an update costing over $100 to fix. The previous owner had to have known about this. The problem with that is that the previous owner is a manager at the dealership. Needless to say, our calls and emails were ignored. We are a quite a few miles from the dealership, so it doesn't makes sense to make trips up there to have nothing done. It is true what people say about used car dealers. Buyer beware. More
Brought 4 month old Journey back to dealership due to rear tires balding and concern over gear shifting. When I went to pick vehicle up I requested a call from the service manager as she was not there. Never receives call so I finally called back. She stated they had checked alignment and it was within spec. They could not explain the balding of tires except that they had not been rotated. Took vehicle to Belle Tire for rotation and to check alignment. Received call from them stating the alignment had been adjusted as the tie rods had wrench marks all over. Back to Monroe Dodge where they are still denying they adjusted anything. Glenda said she would personally look at vehicle when I arrived to pay for new tires. When I arrived she had already gone home. As it relates to Chrysler paying for the tires; she said it was almost impossible to get anything done on a Friday afternoon because nobody is around. Obviously she was talking about herself. So now I get to pay for new tires on a 4 month old vehicle. Will NEVER be back to Monroe Dodge. This was the 3rd and LAST vehicle I will ever buy from there! More
A cutomer should NEVER have to wait for parts to repair his/her two year old van for one full week....and no loaner was offered!!!!! I would sure think that ONE of the other Michigan dealers would have suc his/her two year old van for one full week....and no loaner was offered!!!!! I was told..."they do not do things that way".....sad. so very sad way to run a dealership.In short, I am very disappointed with Monroe Dodge. More
