He barked out that it would be at least 1 1/2 hours before my car even got in the garage. I stated that I guess I wasn't getting my oil changed that day. I came back a week ago and talked to the person at the first desk (her name is Shawna). She was very professional and took very good care of me. I am a manager out at DEP Engine plant and did not like how I was treated by the first guy. Can't wait until the new dealership opens in Dundee so I can go there. Bad sales people! I bought a used car from the dealership and they lied about everything, nickled and dined me, and hide everything that was wrong about the car. First i talked to Andy, who is unreliable, asked if i wanted to buy vehicle. I realized there was a problem with the battery and had to twist his hand to change it out. When i signed the contract they did not answer my questions and i paid for hidden fees. I drove it home that night and it began to drift to left and made high pitch noise from engine when i turned it on! I had to go to dealership twice and speak to manager before they even looked at it. The worst part was Andy told me they could not help me when i was face to face then called later and said they would help. He was just a brown nose. This dealership will screw you over and not think twice. I would not recommend any person buy from this dealership. More
