I had my Jeep grand cherokee in for service a few years back for a break job. The night after picking up the finished job I was driving and all of the sudden lost brakes completely. I took it to an oil cha back for a break job. The night after picking up the finished job I was driving and all of the sudden lost brakes completely. I took it to an oil change place that did brakes knowing I couldn't get right in at the dealership. Come to find out they left some brake line fittings loose and forgot the caliber bolts.. I called the dealership to explain the issue and they said they would cover the cost of the bolts. I end up getting a check from the dealership for like $5, when the replacement bolts were $15 each for 8 bolts.. they explained to me that they don't pay that much for bolts and they would reimburse me their cost of the bolts.. NEVER will I go back to buy a car or have one serviced there.. A sad business mentality to have in Monroe. More

If I could post a ZERO I would. While I really liked the salesman and he gave us a great deal the service was HORRIBLE FRAUD. We even paid for an extended warranty and noticed corrosion on hood THAT IS COV salesman and he gave us a great deal the service was HORRIBLE FRAUD.
