Purchased a used Ford from Monroe Dodge back in August 2023. 4 days after the check engine light came on. I took it to Monroe Dodge 4-5 times to have it fixed as each time they fixed it it kept coming bac 2023. 4 days after the check engine light came on. I took it to Monroe Dodge 4-5 times to have it fixed as each time they fixed it it kept coming back on. Finally they had me come in and look at a couple different vehicles to trade in the Ford. I went in and test drove 2 vehicles and really liked a Jeep. I was told it was a done deal and it would be done the next day. I didn't hear back the next day so I called. My dealer had Rob from Used sales call me. He stated they were not swapping out the Ford for the Jeep, that they were taking the Ford to a Ford dealership cause they had the equipment to fix the engine light. It was a complete waste of my time to come in and test drive other vehicles. 3 weeks the Ford dealership had my car with minimum updates. Finally, I get my car back and the light came back on. I tried reaching out to Rob several times and he never got back to me. The last time I had to take my car back to Monroe Dodge he was supposed to come over and meet with me and discuss the next steps. He never did. The 3 hours I was at Monroe Dodge, he was too busy to meet with me. Finally, Monroe Dodge (after 3 months of stress and paying on a vehicle I only had a quarter of the time) decided to change the Ford in for something in the same price range. It was xxxx and extremely stressful. I only spoke to Rob once in the beginning of all this. After that he made up every excuse not to respond to my messages. I have been a customer for over 20 years at Monroe Dodge. Never again. More
