After setting up an appointment to view a used vehicle . I drove 2 hours to see a vehicle that was not ready to be shown. It was dirty with mud. I asked twice to see the carfax I was never shown. Taking a test drive it was a bad tire the salesman agreed. He said used cars have used tired. I would need to buy new tires myself after paying $33,000. Then looking under the hood the engines was covered in oil. He said it was undercoating. Hmm that comes off on your fingers More

I was told by the service writer that he would let me know what was going on with the light before they continued. He never came back out to tell me anything, after sitting there for over an hour I noticed my vehicle sitting in the lot and asked if I was all set. the service writer told me they couldn,t fix my light and I failed inspection because of that and tried to charge me over 150.00 dollars. I asked why no one came and talked to me about the light and they knew it was going to fail the inspection why did you continue to do they inspection without consulting me? the answer was hilarious, we had to because it was on the service report. I told them I was supposed to be informed before you proceeded and wasn't, their reply well my tech went ahead and did it on his own without telling us. After exchanging words and explaining that I would have told them to stop after I was told they couldn't fix the light and the general manager speaking to me like I was a child and telling me to use my indoor voice, they agreed to refund my money ( I think they only did that because it was past quitting time I heard a couple of the six guys that were surrounding me make a comment about it). but after watching my account for several days it was not returned! They literally took my card walked over to the register and FAKED IT!!!!! They are liars, rip offs and act like they re superior to you. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!!!! IWISH I COULD GIVE THEM NEGATIVE 5 STARS More

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS DEALER FOR ANYTHING! !! I purchased a used 2020 Ranger from this dealer July 8 2023. It had 35000 miles on it. It seemed ok for a bit, but then it came down to servicing i !! I purchased a used 2020 Ranger from this dealer July 8 2023. It had 35000 miles on it. It seemed ok for a bit, but then it came down to servicing it. I got the supposed "The Works" package mostly consists of a oil change and tire rotation. I was charged $88 for that. I had a coupon for $69.95, but they wouldn't take it, said it was out of date, but wasn't. I also wanted the front brakes checked because the brakes were pulsating. I thought this would be under my warranty, but they said no and charged me another $55. After work was done, I was told my brakes needed to be cleaned and it would cost $250!! This dealer was trying to fix their reputation from the previous owners. Well, they're not doing it in my eyes! I had to end up trading this Ranger in on another truck at a dealer with a excellent reputation! Dealers like Monadnock Ford reflect badly on the dealerships that have good reputations! More
