When my mechanic retired in the early 2000's I tried a few other garages with no luck (not fixing things right the first time, not ready when promised, etc.). I let Monaco Ford service my 1999 F150 and h few other garages with no luck (not fixing things right the first time, not ready when promised, etc.). I let Monaco Ford service my 1999 F150 and have been returning ever since. I've purchased all my vehicles from Monaco Ford since then. Both sales and service are the best by far! More

Called to get my car in and the wait time is insane. The girl on the phone was nice enough. I really wanted to like them more because I heard they were a family oriented business but I’m just disappointed. girl on the phone was nice enough. Recent Repair I recently had a major repair completed . The issue was a recall so Ford covered all the expenses. I found everyone I dealt with to be very friendly I recently had a major repair completed . The issue was a recall so Ford covered all the expenses. I found everyone I dealt with to be very friendly and helpful. I did make an inquiry after I got my car back about whether or not Ford would cover the cost of my rental but I did not get a response to my question. I would definitely use Monaco for any additional repairs. More
