New 2023 car: The GM did not honor his agreed price and left the site, knowing we were 20 minutes to arrival and an hour before closing time.. Everyone left seemed afraid to call the GM to inquire about the issue at hand. The dealership played games on how they presented the numbers. They did not give us what the GM had agreed to on the phone. And to top it off, the brand new car had a blemish on the front drivers side from some unwanted coating they had applied (Sonic Care). It was a hardened glob of coating, adhered to the left on the finish. The car was not detailed prior to our arrival as previously agreed to. Our salesman promised to have a detailer come to our house in the DFW area today to fix the blemish. No one called or came. The dealership did not even call to follow up. Very poor service. We have bought 2 other cars from Dodge in the recent past. This is our third purchase in 3 years from Dodge. This dealership does not hold a candle to those in Fort Worth area in regards to service and proper response. If we had not driven 7 hours to get this particular car, we would have walked away!!! This dealership needs to learn how to deliver good customer service and follow through with what they promise! Anyone buying from them should do the math and check their calculations, And look carefully over the paint job and beware of the Sonic care coating work. More
bought a truck here recently- after signing the paperwork and leaving with my truck- it took another week of phone calls and more paperwork sent in to finalize the sale. Then I had to have repairs paperwork and leaving with my truck- it took another week of phone calls and more paperwork sent in to finalize the sale. Then I had to have repairs done to the truck- and I took the truck back to this dealership for repairs. The service department took 4 days to look at my car, 4 days to call my insurance adjuster to schedule the a time for them to come look at the repairs needed- this was AFTER I called the service manager 4 days after my truck just sat at their shop. After the insurance adjuster came in and approved the diagnostic paperwork, it took 4 more days to get a paperwork for the needed repairs- which I was told by the dealership to ask my insurance adjuster for because the service department didn’t have an email to send it to me. Now my shop has been at this shop for 10 days and they are just now ordering parts, and said it would take another week for the parts to come in for my Dodge Ram- this is a Dodge ram dealership. They blame the delay on my insurance company and on COVID. COVID is over- it doesn’t explain 4 days to get my truck looked at, then 4 more days to get parts ordered. Now - due to COVID as of June 22,2023, parts will take a week to come in. I still haven’t been given an ETA on when my Dodge Ram will be completed. I talked to the service manager and the general manager about this- and they never apologized- actually they told me this is all “normal” and I have no reason to be upset. I regret buying this truck at this dealership and taking this truck back for repairs. The general manager also told me that I am not their only customer after I told him all of these complaints - priceless. After 2 weeks of my truck being at this dealership service department- and parts not even ordered yet- I moved it to AutoNation in Katy. There Service there was immediately better with communication and customer service. More
The whole experience was a Breeze. Dylan and Patrick went out of their way to locate the truck I wanted. Dylan explained all of the functionality of the truck and the followed up several times since then, to make sure that I didn’t have any questions. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends and family.!! More
