AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP! !! Nothing but incompetency here. I was so excited to have my first Jeep and they made me start to regret it almost immediately! From the lacking comm !! From the lacking communication from the service department to the unskilled technicians who don't check their work. I had the most useless associate to work with, and I should've known it was a mistake from the start when he messed up my paperwork several times. Luckily I knew what I was looking for because he couldn't answer a single question about anything during the entire process. I bought my Jeep with a soft top and ordered a hard top that took over a month to complete because they didn't have people to do it and when they finally did, the job wasn't done correctly and I kept having to send it back. They put at least 500 miles on my Wrangler alone from the amount of driving back and forth because they couldn't get the wiring right! Don't work with Peter, and definitely don't go here to get any maintenance done! It's not worth the headache. More

Very upset with this dealership. My vehicle was brought in to have new roof rack installed because it was missing 1/2 of the rack when I purchased it. Come to find out they ordered My vehicle was brought in to have new roof rack installed because it was missing 1/2 of the rack when I purchased it. Come to find out they ordered the wrong part. And rather than just rescheduling they installed the wrong part that left a 2 to 3 inch gap in the front and rear of each rack. And they refuse to fix it. Beware when dealing with them! More
