Ultimate Driving Experience has turned into a nightmare In October 2011 after my Camry hit over 400,000 miles, I purchased a new 2011 BMW 328i based on its reputation as "The Ultimate Driving Machine." Whe In October 2011 after my Camry hit over 400,000 miles, I purchased a new 2011 BMW 328i based on its reputation as "The Ultimate Driving Machine." When the Camry finally quit on me, I began to rely heavily on the BMW to make my home health visits across the city from Southwest Houston and as far as Kingwood. This experience went south in June when I ran out of gas twice when my gauge said I still had gas. Once on the Ft. Bend Toll and the second time in a CVS parking lot. Though it happened an extremely inconvenient time. I took it in to Momentum BMW Southwest for repairs and paid $832.56 on a pretty much to the max credit card because I didn't have the cash for repairs with the confidence I could keep driving. I need my car to make a living. I picked it up after the service advisor said the work was complete and had to take it right back within minutes. That's when it got crazy and left me feeling in despair when it grew to a quote of $3500-10,000 engine repair as they claimed the issues were caused due to sludge after taking the car back in a 3rd time after they claimed they fixed the problem. I worked to get it covered through my warranty and have been getting the run around from Momentum's service team, operations manager (Monty Meave) and even the corporate office. I've been treated with disrespect, dismissed, talked to in a pushy manner and accused of being unprofessional when expressing my frustration. I have cried almost daily for the last almost 2 1/2 months. At this point, it has affected my job and earning potential which has caused me undue stress and anguish. I've had to miss and reschedule appointments to try to deal with this problem. They still have my car with no resolution. I'm not sure what to do at this point. When I last spoke with a resolution specialist, they were siding with Momentum and would not provide me with knowledge of the actual documents submitted for review. The agent refused to let me speak to his supervisor and would not give me a regional service manager. I lost it and broke down at that point. I keep hitting walls. My car has been at Momentum BMW Southwest since June 2014. My warranty doesn't expire until March 2015. More

Having owned no less than 10 new vehicles in the past 15+ years, I have to say I have quite a bit of experience when it comes to dealerships. I tend to be a very loyal supporter of the businesses that I patr years, I have to say I have quite a bit of experience when it comes to dealerships. I tend to be a very loyal supporter of the businesses that I patronize, and the fact that I've purchased/leased 3 BMWs from another dealership (that really took care of me) made it even more difficult for me to move. However, Phong Bui has made the move very pleasant and worthwhile. He really goes above and beyond to provide top-notch service and is always available to take my calls or answer my emails. Called to set up scheduled maintenance appointment and was told to just come in today. Phong was very professional and accommodating. Since I didn't have a appointment all loaner cars were out but Phong c was told to just come in today. Phong was very professional and accommodating. Phong worked with me from start to finish. He communicated with me even on his off day. My repairs were done very timely. I had a water pump repair and have not had a problem since.
