My salesman and finance associate at the Southwest location were wonderful. They made sure that I knew everything about the vehicle that I was purchasing and the terms and conditions of my contract. However, experience with the Southwest location service department was the worst that I have ever received in over 15 years of being a BMW owner. For me it’s not about the vehicle, it’s all about the customer service. I used to brag about my service experience to co-workers, family and friends when I visited the Katy location. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle at the Southwest location and my last. The service technician did not perform the service on my vehicle on the agreed upon date, when he discovered an unexpected issue he did not communicate the concern with me. I had to constantly call the service department to get updates on when my vehicle. To sum it up I took my vehicle in on a Saturday for a service that I was told would take one day but didn’t get my vehicle back five days later. More

I purchased an 840 and took it in after a year for warranty repair for a check engine light. Instead of performing the warranty work, they tried to stiff me initially a $1,400 bill. I live in the city of Houston, commute within Houston and have 7,000 miles on the car. Why did they state unusual wear and tear, because the undercarriage has a scrape. Of course it does - it’s a low profile car! They informed me that the ‘goodwill repair’ from BMW was denied. Since when is warranty repair fall under goodwill? They service department is set to scam you. I called asking for service manager ‘he’s not available all week’. They had me talk to the shop manager. Total waste of time. I called for the general manager and was told ‘he’s not available this week, would you like to talk to the service manager’? Seriously? Isn’t he unavailable all week? Go somewhere else that operates with ethics. More

Please let me take this opportunity to give feedback on my experience with Momentum MINI. I recently left my Mini with my daughter, while I was away for two weeks. She was happy to take it into Momentum MI my experience with Momentum MINI. I recently left my Mini with my daughter, while I was away for two weeks. She was happy to take it into Momentum MINI in Houston for basic servicing. My instructions were simply to reset the computer and perhaps change the oil, etc., if it appeared to need it. She was clear on these instructions to Jorge, the service person there. I also spoke with him by phone and told him I only wanted the basics done. He listened, at least I thought so. My daughter sent me an estimate of things that Jorge wanted to do, including many things I felt unnecessary such as environmental cleaning, etc. I wrote her and Jorge back when I received the email (5 hours time difference) to say no….not to do any of the things on his list. He did them anyway!!! I was charged $1,300 for a lot of nonsense…and the computer wasn’t even addressed or fixed!!!! Couldn’t believe it. Then, he wanted another $1,000+ to work on the computer. I was/am livid. Not sure what I paid for…but it was UNNECESSARY, in my opinion, and NOT what I took the car into Momentum MINI for. I am very upset and disappointed in this dealership. And now, when I call the Baton Rouge office ( I live in Lafayette, LA), I find that there is NO ONE in this state that will even work on my car. I have had good service before from Momentum, but never again will I enter their establishment. Again….I feel really abused and let down by these people. I will forward this review to others, hoping that in the future, others will not suffer this same outcome. LThomas More
Momentum BMW has good service technicians. I always got my 328d serviced there and now my 340i. Mr Aldana has always taken care of me and my veichle!
