I was frequenting a dealership close to me and being a woman they took advantage of my lack of knowledge about certain things and they over serviced my car when it didn’t need to be. Months later having had an accident after dealership hours, the only BMW dealership was momentum and it was an hour away, and I was lucky enough that My Mini landed in the hands of Allyce Bass! She was so personable and relatable and kept me updated the entire time. She even scolded me on little things about my car. I may not know of that are handy. This time I drove an hour just to get my tire replaced at momentum BMW because I trust her. Relationships are a must for a company that deals with people. I highly recommend this dealership to all of my clients. When they talk about how far the drive is, I ask them ‘How much do you trust your dealership?’ More
