I sincerely hope Momentum BMW hires more service personnel like Miguel to upkeep the dealership’s reputation and customer’s utmost satisfaction. It is not the first time but my fourth or fifth visit to the dealership and in every instance Miguel was my choice serviceman owing to his customer oriented dedicated service.
