Put the humanity back in service. My father has purchased several care from Momentum BMW and due to that I felt comfortable going with a recommendation to lease a vehicle from that de My father has purchased several care from Momentum BMW and due to that I felt comfortable going with a recommendation to lease a vehicle from that dealership. I had no problems with the car or the dealership in general during the time I had that car. I in turn felt comfortable purchasing a CPO 2021 X6 from Momentum. Ever since having to deal with the service department it has been a true nightmare. It is like pulling teeth to get the service advisors to treat me like a person and not a sale. There is always cumbersome negotiations to arrive at a fair arrangement. I just feel like service should not be that way. It was smooth sailing when the dealership took the $50K down payment. I guess I was asking for too much when I expected a sensitive and humanitarian experience in the service department as well. All in all an agreement was made but the path it took to get there was truly unnecessary. More
