Three months ago, while searching online for a car I found a 2004 325 at Momentum BMW SW. The list price was within our budget so I used the online forms to express interest. Within minutes, I got a call to ask if I wanted an appointment and accepted. I met Robert Clary at 11 PM and by 3 PM I was done with the cash purchase. I had done my due diligence by researching online, understood the implications of buying a used car from a dealership and walked in with neither the time nor the inclination to hear a tiresome sales pitch. My expectation was not for Robert to sell me, but rather for him to confirm what I already knew so I could make an informed decision. And he did. Transparently and efficiently. So a month later, equally informed, I leased a 2012 535i and just recently I bought a 2010 328. The reason for purchasing three vehicles in the short term was a weird coincidence. The reason I bought all three from Momentum SW was because of service from Robert Clary and the rest of the BMW team. My first BMW experience has been awesome. More

The Client Advisor, Patrick Adesuyi is one of the most courteous, professional, and customer-oriented perosn I've met. He went above and beyond to make sure that I got a car that far exceeded my expectations. The general atmosphere of the dealership exudes friendliness and you're treated as if you're the leader of the Free World! This is a great place to start and finish buying a car. No hidden gimmicks, you get the best car(s), at very fair price, and the turn-around time for the whole process is quicker than most other places. I would say just go there and experience it for yourself and especially let Patrick Adesuyi take care of your car-purchasing needs. He's truly a topline but very down-to-earth, customer-focused professional you can always trust. More

The service department at Momentum is great too. They only perform the necessary services and always inform you what need to be done and cost before performing the service. The turn-around time is very rapid - I often wait for my automobile while it is serviced. Again, I would like to reiterate how wonderful Momentum BMW is and to especially thank Tom Butcher for ALL of his great advice - for anyone shopping for a new or pre-owned automobile, I would always recommend they first stop-in and request Tom Butcher and get his expert advice. Called my BMW location off Highway 59 SW (near beltway 8) Was greeted by the Will Diaz, a service advisor. Talked to him over the phone on the service my X5 was needing. I have bought my share of cars - and the salesman (Phillip Long) was one of the most knowledgeable, service-oriented individuals I have ever had the pleasure of buying a car f cars - and the salesman (Phillip Long) was one of the most knowledgeable, service-oriented individuals I have ever had the pleasure of buying a car from. He knew BMW and Alpina like he had been selling it since he left the cradle. Impressive. HOWEVER - the mark of a great dealership, to me, is the service department - and this is where Momentum has REALLY shined. Phui Bong has been my service advisor since Day One. I was introduced to him by Phillip Long - and he set the expectations pretty high, in terms of personal service, attention to detail, and so forth. Well, I'm happy to report that Phong Bui has totally exceeded any and all expectations: total knowledge of the vehicle, attention to detail, service, punctuality, follow-up, courtesy - everything.
