Spoke with Kahlil on Saturday and flew over two days later, on Labor Day. The car was immaculate and ready to go. Kahlil was friendly, professional and knowledgable about the vehicle. After getting the paperwork done(with Lupe? who was also very nice) and Kahlil getting me situated in the car, I was on my way, enjoying the drive back to my home state. It was a very painless experience, actually quite enjoyable. When I am ready for my next BMW, I will call Kahlil at Momentum first. More

I purchased a 2011 Mercedes E350 Convertible (a 54k car) that had been brought into the dealership less than 48 hours before I drove it off the lot. In that time, the car was not at the dealership long enou that had been brought into the dealership less than 48 hours before I drove it off the lot. In that time, the car was not at the dealership long enough to have an inspection much less a car wash. (I found the car online after setting up a filter search on AutoTrader and searching for several months.) First, this is a vehicle the sales person did not know much about - understandable since it was an MB not a BMW; however, without proper knowledge a customer should not be told what is/is not under warranty if he doesn't know. It's ok to say you don't know and then go find out. As it turned out, several things needed to be repaired on the car. Some of these would have been done as a normal course of cleaning up the car and putting it on the lot. A few of these were covered under warranty. One item, in particular, was a missing handle on the back seat console - an item not under warranty as I previously had been told by the salesperson. I should have been asked to come back after they had time to do the proper inspection and clean-up. (I was even promised a tank of gas, which by the way, I have not gone back for and have no plans to do so.) I would have been happy to do that considering how long I had been searching for the car but that was never discussed - only 'we can get you into this car to drive off the lot today!" After 2 long weeks of company travel, I finally had time to take my new car back to BMW, I called before coming, to get some of the basic items addressed. My primary interest was in getting the console handle repaired. After some time, Khalil comes back to the waiting area to tell me he's fixed the lighter that was stuck (lighter in his hand). I explain for the third time that he is to address the handle. The other items in the car I have confirmed are under warranty. (The lighter, by the way, had a blown fuse so it being stuck was not the issue.) I ask to speak to the manager. After another wait, he brings the manager to me and we move to a desk area. I outline the story, as written above, Khalil acknowledges the timing of the car at the dealership and even the tank of gas, which the manager says they don't do. Again, I am not interested in the gas - my interest is the console handle repair. In a not very respectful tone,the manager proceeds to tell me he will just get on ebay, order the handle and super glue it to my car. I ask one last time if he will make a proper repair. When he starts to repeat the story, I stand up, turn to Khalil, who had been standing beside the desk, I reach out my hand for my key and ask if he will call me when my plates are in. He says yes. Without another word, I walk straight out of the dealership. A week later, I am called by the receptionist to pick up my plates. Easy enough or so I thought. My registration and inspection stickers do not match, one is dated 2 months prior so I am shorted time. Then the young man who is installing my plates is not able to install the front because he doesn't know how or where the bracket goes. He hands me back a bent frame and tries to tell me where he thinks it goes. By the way, he kept pointing to the tow lines. Since then, I've taken my car back to Mercedes. I've had all the warranty work done, which included a full inspection. The inspection actually found an issue with the front windshield that has not been replaced - and I have the right dates on both my registration and inspection stickers. I paid to have a new bracket to replace the bent one. I have not replaced the handle. I've not even priced it out. That's a project for another day. But I will not come back to BMW. I will not recommend this location unless I decided I want to have something super glued to my vehicle. More

The deal on the car was great. I did quite a bit of shopping and couldn't find anything comparable. The service from Khalil and Rod was excellent. Momentum BMW is not the closest dealership to my home but the people are friendly and attentive to my needs. I had purchased a mini cooper from them 3 years ago for the same reason that the salesstaff was co the people are friendly and attentive to my needs. This is my first experience with the BMW side of the dealership which is quite large. Well I was met by Mr.Khalil Jawad who was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the BMW product. His comforting manner and professional approach was condusive to a very pleasurable experience. Mr. Jawad was more than accomadating in getting my questions resolved. What the most impressive experience that we had with Mr. Jawad that he took nearly an hour going over the features of the X5 including every aspect of the nav system and computer features of the vehicle after the sale. No one in my previous experience took that much time and interest in me once the sale was completed. As I told the sales manager that the main reason that I made the trip across town to Momentum BMW was because of the way that they treat their customers right. Mr. Khalil Jawad exemplifies the notion that customer service is number one. If there is another BMW in my future I will be seeking Mr. Jawad assistance in buying one. Thanks for a great experience. My experience with Khalil Jawad at Momentum BMW Mini southwest was the most wonderful experience i have ever had when it comes to buying a new car. i have been a customer with a different BMW dealership southwest was the most wonderful experience i have ever had when it comes to buying a new car. i have been a customer with a different BMW dealership before, but i decided to never go back there anymore because i was very disappointed and the service was poor , i almost change my mind about driving a BMW again . When i called the BMW southwest to ask for a sales person to help me , they transferred me to Khalil and i am so glad they did. when i walked in the dealership he was there waiting for me, and ready to start the process of searching the vehicle i was looking for. Khalil was able to provide the best customer service ever, and made me change my mind and stay with BMW, he is very friendly , very patient, extremely helpful, and very knowledgeable. Thanks Khalil. Sat down with Walter and he was the consummate pro. Not only that but his people skills are great. I am writing this review as my first time purchasing a vehicle from Momentum BMW. I just picked up a 2011 Mini Cooper S CPO from their used vehicle showroom. I found the car on autotrader and messaged Kha vehicle from Momentum BMW. I just picked up a 2011 Mini Cooper S CPO from their used vehicle showroom. I found the car on autotrader and messaged Khalil Jawad online. Within a few minutes he responded and was able to answer my questions. He was able to fit me in and make an appointment on a busy Saturday for me to come in and view the car. He had the car clean, pulled out, and all the information including the carfax ready for me before I arrived. He was very welcoming and didn't have a pretentious attitude that I had experienced at other dealerships. Khalil was very professional throughout the process, he did not immediately hassle me about purchasing the car or "making a deal" before I said that I was interested which was VERY refreshing. I have generally always bought vehicles with cash, this time I was financing through BMW and Khalil and his finance team was able to find financing that worked for me. I really felt like they were on my side and genuinely were trying to help me get into the car that I wanted. The deal was fair, and was performed with reasonable time. Overall, I am very satisfied with how Khalil treated me, and the dealership experience. I am now the proud owner of the Mini family and would highly recommend the treatment and service that I received down at Momentum. More
