My online search for a new car brought me to Momentum BMW where I met Khalil. From the very first moment I met Khalil, he engaged in our conversation and was extremely eager to help me find the right car for where I met Khalil. From the very first moment I met Khalil, he engaged in our conversation and was extremely eager to help me find the right car for me. His exact words based on my description of what I was looking for were "I have a few cars to show you and if none of these are right for you, I WILL find you the car you're looking for". His commitment to me set him apart from other sales representatives, because he did not take me to the cars at the tip top of my budget or try forcing anything on me. He was genuine with every word and helped me with my search as though he was looking for himself. The moment we stumbled upon the car I eventually left with, Khalil's love of BMW and that specific car took over. His excitement about describing every feature, curve, usage, etc. was clearly visible. While this car was at the top of my budget, he was very conscious of this and showed me other vehicles within the range I gave him until I made the decision to move forward with this specific car. Never once was I pressured or spoken down to. I could be open and honest with my opinion, expectations, or financial situation without fear of being judged. By the time the sale was complete, it was after 9:00 PM and we were all very tired, but he took it upon himself to make sure I was satisfied and had everything I needed. Not being from the area and just learning the navigation system, he even took it upon himself to help me find my way home before returning to his own family. Long after the sale of the car, Khalil still contacts me to make sure I'm happy and offers his time and services to right any wrongs or assist in any way possible. Such acts speak to the level of service he isn't expected to provide, but does anyways due to how much he loves not only what he does, but helping other people as well. For as long as I am able, I will not go to anyone else for car advise/purchases and hope anyone reading my review takes the time to experience Khalil's selflessness and kindness for themselves. More
