Actually I almost feel bad for how much they gave me for my car! Kyle was very personable and knew what he was talking about. He did not try to up sell me which he could have easily done. He told me the pro's and most importantly the con's right off the bat. I would highly recommended him. Being in sales myself, that holds a lot of weight with me. So to make a long story short, I forgot my wallet at home when I arrived at the dealership. Honestly, I was just shopping around to see what I could get for my car. Once they quoted me, I immediately hopped all over it. They had to ship my car from Alabama so it was going to take a few days to arrive. They gave me a loaner X5 in the interim because they already quoted my car and wanted to take it on the spot. I was about to pull away in the loaner when the manager cliff asked for a copy of my license. Feeling very dumb, I laughed and said I had left my wallet at home. He kindly said we can't loan you this car without a copy of your license. So I was about to drive 30 min home to get it. Then my man Kyle stepped in and said I will follow him home in the loaner, get a copy of his license, and then drive his car home so he won't have to go back and forth. COME ON!! Really? Talk about service. Can't make that one up. Great group of guys. Buy through them. And if you have a trade in, u will be stealing from them! At least I did! Thanks Kyle! More

Very smooth remote deal over the phone and texts. Khalil was very responsive and quick to answer questions. The price on the car seemed almost too low...way below KBB and just above NADA trade-in value so I was very responsive and quick to answer questions. My fears were unfounded as the 3rd party inspection revealed nothing more than a couple of minor rock chips. When I arrived to pick up the car, Khalil seemed genuinely excited about showing me the car and how good it looked. It wildly exceeded my expectations from an appearance standpoint...often pictures hide problems but in this case, they didn't do the car justice! I would definitely use this dealership again and recommend to friends, even though I live in Austin and it's a bit of a hike! Fantastic experience from start to finish...Thanks Khalil!!!! More
