In this occation I have an appointmet with Mr. Khalil Jawad, even though I get a little earliier the offerme coffee or water and make my waitting very pleasant. After meetting with Mr Jawad, unfortunatly the car that I was looking for was no longer available, but Mr. Jawad do not stop there, with all his proffesinalism, ask me waht other type of vehicle i was intered in, he joted down all my request and give hope the he will work on it. Not even 72 hours pass when I recieved a call from Mr. Jawad telling me that not only fouund the car that I was looking for, he found something better, I make an appointmet again to look the car. Wow it was incredible just waht I was looking for. Now we haver to work on the quelification and financing. I never meet a person that go far and beayong to to find you the best deal, the financing and the best customer service. Kyle helped set me up with a custom ordered BMW 135i convertible. At the time of my order, I was in Hawaii with the intent to pick up my new vehicle in Houston on leave while transferring. Out of the bi convertible. At the time of my order, I was in Hawaii with the intent to pick up my new vehicle in Houston on leave while transferring. Out of the big 'three' dealers in Houston, I was swayed towards Momentum because of three reasons 1.) Close to my parent's residence, for convenience when visiting 2.) BMW offered the best price for my made-to-order car versus other dealers 3.) Kyle was the easiest to work with and had the most support to the consumer out of all three. Of note: Kyle was receptive to my desires for the vehicle. He did not attempt to lead me down a path to add on things I didn't want. When it came time to get the order in, Momentum was able to swap quotas (production dates) in order to get my vehicles priority bumped up a little bit to ensure it would be in Texas in time for my arrival. And of course, when playing the waiting game, he was receptive and understanding to my questions regarding status update, wanting to see photos when it arrived, etc. Always made time for me as a customer even though the sale was essentially made. Pickup day was a breeze too. In and out of the dealer in about 2 hours - probably could have been less if I was in a hurry. Overall, highly recommend working with Kyle Hendrix for purchasing a new BMW. More

Khalil made sure everything was ready to go when I walked in the door and also insisted that I come back again after I had purchased a vehicle so he could spend more time with me going over all the bells and whistles of the car I had just purchased. Khalil knows his stuff, is clearly passionate about his job and your experience working with him will reflect that. He gave me personal recommendations on where to go for a few other things I wanted to add to the car such as window tinting and made sure I received a good deal. A++ More
