Actually I almost feel bad for how much they gave me for my car! Kyle was very personable and knew what he was talking about. He did not try to up sell me which he could have easily done. He told me the xxxxxxand most importantly the con's right off the bat. I would highly recommended him. Being in sales myself, that holds a lot of weight with me. So to make a long story short, I forgot my wallet at home when I arrived at the dealership. Honestly, I was just shopping around to see what I could get for my car. Once they quoted me, I immediately hopped all over it. They had to ship my car from Alabama so it was going to take a few days to arrive. They gave me a loaner X5 in the interim because they already quoted my car and wanted to take it on the spot. I was about to pull away in the loaner when the manager cliff asked for a copy of my license. Feeling very dumb, I laughed and said I had left my wallet at home. He kindly said we can't loan you this car without a copy of your license. So I was about to drive 30 min home to get it. Then my man Kyle stepped in and said I will follow him home in the loaner, get a copy of his license, and then drive his car home so he won't have to go back and forth. COME ON!! Really? Talk about service. Can't make that one up. Great group of guys. Buy through them. And if you have a trade in, u will be stealing from them! At least I did! Thanks Kyle! More

Very smooth remote deal over the phone and texts. Khalil was very responsive and quick to answer questions. The price on the car seemed almost too low...way below KBB and just above NADA trade-in value so I was very responsive and quick to answer questions. My fears were unfounded as the 3rd party inspection revealed nothing more than a couple of minor rock chips. When I arrived to pick up the car, Khalil seemed genuinely excited about showing me the car and how good it looked. It wildly exceeded my expectations from an appearance standpoint...often pictures hide problems but in this case, they didn't do the car justice! I would definitely use this dealership again and recommend to friends, even though I live in Austin and it's a bit of a hike! Fantastic experience from start to finish...Thanks Khalil!!!! More

My online search for a new car brought me to Momentum BMW where I met Khalil. From the very first moment I met Khalil, he engaged in our conversation and was extremely eager to help me find the right car for where I met Khalil. From the very first moment I met Khalil, he engaged in our conversation and was extremely eager to help me find the right car for me. His exact words based on my description of what I was looking for were "I have a few cars to show you and if none of these are right for you, I WILL find you the car you're looking for". His commitment to me set him apart from other sales representatives, because he did not take me to the cars at the tip top of my budget or try forcing anything on me. He was genuine with every word and helped me with my search as though he was looking for himself. The moment we stumbled upon the car I eventually left with, Khalil's love of BMW and that specific car took over. His excitement about describing every feature, curve, usage, etc. was clearly visible. While this car was at the top of my budget, he was very conscious of this and showed me other vehicles within the range I gave him until I made the decision to move forward with this specific car. Never once was I pressured or spoken down to. I could be open and honest with my opinion, expectations, or financial situation without fear of being judged. By the time the sale was complete, it was after 9:00 PM and we were all very tired, but he took it upon himself to make sure I was satisfied and had everything I needed. Not being from the area and just learning the navigation system, he even took it upon himself to help me find my way home before returning to his own family. Long after the sale of the car, Khalil still contacts me to make sure I'm happy and offers his time and services to right any wrongs or assist in any way possible. Such acts speak to the level of service he isn't expected to provide, but does anyways due to how much he loves not only what he does, but helping other people as well. For as long as I am able, I will not go to anyone else for car advise/purchases and hope anyone reading my review takes the time to experience Khalil's selflessness and kindness for themselves. More
