I recently purchased my 4th BMW, it is the 3rd from Momentum BMW. Khalil has been by salesman each time, and I want to thank him again for everything he does. No haggling or frustrating dealing that usually comes along with a purchase of a new car. The courtesy of this dealership is unbelievable, and I would not go anywhere else. Not only the purchase of my car, but for a close friend. She decided the very next day after I traded my 2011 BMW in, that she wanted it. Again, Khalil handled everything. Within a few short hours she drove away with the car, and a deal. Later she told me that she would definitely go back to this dealer, and to Khalil. I am a nurse by trade and drive a long distance to the hospital I work. I wanted a car that I trusted, and after a very long day, one that I love......I drove Honda's for many years. The Honda dealer does not come close to the service that Momentum provides The price of my new Certified BMW, is comparable to a new fully loaded Honda Accord. But there is no comparison to the customer service and care of the car later on. When I take the car to the dealer for an oil change and service, I am treated with the same courtesy as if I were buying another new car. I want to thank everyone one there, but especially Khalil. My husband is an avid sportsman and drives 4wheel drive vehicles. After telling him all of the great service and everything that Khalil has done by a phone call, his reply was " I wish they sold new GMC's, cause your aren't going to get that kind of service anywhere else!". DISHONEST!!! BUYER BEWARE.. sold extended warranty for $1900 when vehicle was suppose to be CPO..WTH CPO means to these people. Now few months later I am realizing that it was an up-sale that wasn't neede $1900 when vehicle was suppose to be CPO..WTH CPO means to these people. I brought a used Mini Cooper last year at the dealership and 2 months having used the car I had major mechanical issues and the service center gave me a quote back for 9000 USD to fix the car so I had to tr and 2 months having used the car I had major mechanical issues and the service center gave me a quote back for 9000 USD to fix the car so I had to trade in the vehicle for a 2009 BMW 3 series 60,000 miles and 3 months having used the car my brakes were due and the engine pulley had to be fixed and I had to spend 2000 USD to fix mechanical problems again. In both these transactions I have just lost about 7000$ and without a car for 4 weeks last year. I did not enjoy the experience at this dealership as I would expect better reliability buying from a dealer. More
