This is my third BMW purchase and I have now found my FOREVER customer service rep for all future personal purchases and for anyone I know who is shopping for BMW- Khalil Jawad. Khalil's professionalism made car buying 100% painless (very difficult to do) with the way he provided thorough information and direct response to all of my questions, no dancing around the subject or leading me in different directions. He was patient while we explored many options and choices. He presented the features and pricing in a manner that was to my benefit, tailored to my specifications that I was looking for. He did not waste my time, make me feel rushed or pressured to decide. He was extremely prompt with returning multiple email and phone messages. Khalil actively listens and knows when to speak and when to give you time to think and experience the car for yourself. He performs in his job just like the BMW performs on the road, perfect handling, high level confidence and ultimate comfort. There is not enough space for me to write how impressed we are with Khalil and I have never written a review in my life. However you currently define great customer service will be blown out of the water when you deal with Khalil. More

I was not sure what kind of car I wanted, but I was a BM I purchased a 2014 BMW 320i from Momentum with the help of Khalil Jawad in a matter of hours. I was not sure what kind of car I wanted, but I was a BMW driver previously and knew I wanted to stick with BMW. He found me the perfect car - great gas mileage, the perfect color, and with all of the interior add-ons: navigation, premium package, and black leather. On top of that, he made sure I got the best deal possible AND gave me an amazing price on my trade-in. He was patient and explained all of the different features of my new car. This was seriously the easiest time I had buying a car and it was all thanks to Khalil's help. Anyone needing a car should stop by and see Khalil - he will make you feel VIP. More

I have to tell you that our experience with Khalil was fantastic. He made what I always look at as an ordeal into a pleasurable experience. My wife and I have been in financial sales for about 30 years and so we appreciate and can recognize a good salesman. Khalil is just that: patient, understanding, customer oriented, good natured and knowledgeable. He moved us along at just the right pace. He helped us build the car to our exact needs and desires and was very patient as we went back and forth. We knew we would love the car but it has exceeded our expectations. We have had time now to experience the features that we decided upon and think about the ones we excluded and we feel we have put together the perfect car for us. My wife is very particular and she could not be happier which of course makes me very happy. We owe Khalil a lot for helping us get this just right. Best 3 Hours Ever At A Dealership!!! Looking for a mini Cooper for my wife in a specific color for a birthday present. Found one at Momentum BMW/Mini in Houston TX. Contacted Khalil and Looking for a mini Cooper for my wife in a specific color for a birthday present. Found one at Momentum BMW/Mini in Houston TX. Contacted Khalil and got credit approved within minutes. Made the 2.5 hour drive and Khalil met me at the dealership at the time I told him I would be there. The car was cleaned with a full tank of gas. Took the test drive and was pleased with my purchase. George in finance was great and helped make the paperwork as smooth as possible. If the rest of the employees are as great as these two, this is a fantastic dealership. All the others were very friendly. Thanks Khalil and George!!! More

Trading in my 4runner for a new car I went in to speak with Amazing Monty Meave and he even brought a car from another location for me as well. We went on some test rides and he was hone I went in to speak with Amazing Monty Meave and he even brought a car from another location for me as well. We went on some test rides and he was honest with me on the cars that we were looking at. I appreciated this honesty, he helped me even when we had to start from scratch on the search. We worked with an awesome Sales Rep named Khalil Jawad who literally sat down with us and went through car lists. Immediatly I told him what I wanted out of a car and he found the Mercedes c350. Imemdiately it hit all my wish list items and I drove off in my new car! I'm in love with it and I will definately recomend Momentum to my friends and family. Ultimate Driving Experience has turned into a nightmare In October 2011 after my Camry hit over 400,000 miles, I purchased a new 2011 BMW 328i based on its reputation as "The Ultimate Driving Machine." Whe In October 2011 after my Camry hit over 400,000 miles, I purchased a new 2011 BMW 328i based on its reputation as "The Ultimate Driving Machine." When the Camry finally quit on me, I began to rely heavily on the BMW to make my home health visits across the city from Southwest Houston and as far as Kingwood. This experience went south in June when I ran out of gas twice when my gauge said I still had gas. Once on the Ft. Bend Toll and the second time in a CVS parking lot. Though it happened an extremely inconvenient time. I took it in to Momentum BMW Southwest for repairs and paid $832.56 on a pretty much to the max credit card because I didn't have the cash for repairs with the confidence I could keep driving. I need my car to make a living. I picked it up after the service advisor said the work was complete and had to take it right back within minutes. That's when it got crazy and left me feeling in despair when it grew to a quote of $3500-10,000 engine repair as they claimed the issues were caused due to sludge after taking the car back in a 3rd time after they claimed they fixed the problem. I worked to get it covered through my warranty and have been getting the run around from Momentum's service team, operations manager (Monty Meave) and even the corporate office. I've been treated with disrespect, dismissed, talked to in a pushy manner and accused of being unprofessional when expressing my frustration. I have cried almost daily for the last almost 2 1/2 months. At this point, it has affected my job and earning potential which has caused me undue stress and anguish. I've had to miss and reschedule appointments to try to deal with this problem. They still have my car with no resolution. I'm not sure what to do at this point. When I last spoke with a resolution specialist, they were siding with Momentum and would not provide me with knowledge of the actual documents submitted for review. The agent refused to let me speak to his supervisor and would not give me a regional service manager. I lost it and broke down at that point. I keep hitting walls. My car has been at Momentum BMW Southwest since June 2014. My warranty doesn't expire until March 2015. More
Great experience My fiancé and I had an amazing experience with Momentum BMW. We had been in the market for a SUV for a while and had been to so many different dealers My fiancé and I had an amazing experience with Momentum BMW. We had been in the market for a SUV for a while and had been to so many different dealerships that we were just exhausted at the thought of talking to another sales representative. When we went to Momentum BMW, we were greeted by Khalil, who was a breath of fresh air as compared to previous experiences. He was extremely helpful, patient and attentive to what we wanted in a car. Khalil compared several models for us pointing out price, original MSRP, features, and warranty coverage before doing a physical inspection with us to identify any imperfections. We ended up selecting a CPO BMW X5. We were short on time so Khalil met us later in the week to go over the technology features and settings. Normally, you get hard-armed by the finance office into packages you don't need, but Gift helped us identify what we were likely to use. He made the process efficient and stress-free. As we were leaving, Monty, the GM for Momentum, met with us to talk about the car and overall experience - he really made us feel welcome and part of 'Momentum Family.' Overall, we had a great experience. We highly recommend Momentum BMW to others and will be buying there again! More
