Our salesperson Ron Lahue was very polite and helpful during the selection process as were Kim and Tony in trying to locate exactly what my wife wanted. We found everyone to have great product knowledge about every vehicle we asked about which helped us make our choice. Even when I was in the office signing the paperwork to finalize my purchase I was not hassled over vehicle maintenance, added gap insurance, etc. They even threw in a free 2-year maintenance program in with my vehicle to boot. This was a very positive buying experience. We were not pressured in any way and were given all the time we needed to ask questions. He was very positive, took us for a test drive and after determining our needs, presented us with what I consider to be a fair price. This process was superior to many of my past experiences. Steve took over when we came in to pick up the car. He made us feel comfortable and was very patient and gave us a detailed explanation of the important information that we needed before driving away. In fact, he stayed with us after closing time. He also showed us the different departments in the dealership. Steve then called the next day to see how everything was going. Both Scott and Steve let us know that we could call at any time with questions. Everyone else that we spoke to at Molle reinforced our feeling that we are very fortunate to have purchased our Prius here. More
