I had been shopping around for a new car. I needed a car...yesterday! I had relocated to the Virgin Islands in December 2009 and sold my car. I shopped online at Molle and found a car within my price range that I liked. I sent an email about the car's availability and price and I got a response right away. Next, I completed an application for financing online. I was concerned because I have had credit problems in the past but I was honest and told Scott Jenkins this. I completed the application about 10:00 a.m and by 1:30 pm I was told that I was approved for the car. Molle sent someone to pick me up and take me to my bank and bring me in to pick up the car. After all, I didn't have a car to get anywhere. The car is in my drive way and it is a beautiful thing! I still can't believe everything went to smoothly and it is still almost like I am dreaming. We cannot say enough good things about our salesman Ray Kolman. We were interested in looking at Highlanders and Rav 4s and he was very knowledgeable on both types of SUVs -- the similarities and differen Kolman. He seems like a genuinely nice person which is important to us in making any kind of purchase. We met with him and test drove several cars first on Thursday night and then made an appointment and came back on Saturday morning after having the chance to talk at home about what we really wanted. Ray got really busy, and so we worked with the sales manager Don, too, to come to an agreement on the deal. We picked the Highlander up on the following Tuesday -- and Ray was ready for us and moved us through the purchase process with ease. He was also waiting for me today when I brought the car in to have side moulding and mud flaps put on. The dealership seems very organized and the people who work there communicate well! More
