We cannot say enough good things about our salesman Ray Kolman. We were interested in looking at Highlanders and Rav 4s and he was very knowledgeable on both types of SUVs -- the similarities and differen Kolman. He seems like a genuinely nice person which is important to us in making any kind of purchase. We met with him and test drove several cars first on Thursday night and then made an appointment and came back on Saturday morning after having the chance to talk at home about what we really wanted. Ray got really busy, and so we worked with the sales manager Don, too, to come to an agreement on the deal. We picked the Highlander up on the following Tuesday -- and Ray was ready for us and moved us through the purchase process with ease. He was also waiting for me today when I brought the car in to have side moulding and mud flaps put on. The dealership seems very organized and the people who work there communicate well! More

Molle Toyota is a family oriented business which has developed a strong position in the Kansas City marketplace. The experience I enjoyed with the Molle personnel from the owner to the front line sales developed a strong position in the Kansas City marketplace. There was not the condesending attitude or the stereotypical sales person attitude at this dealership. They listened to what I WANTED and not what they wanted to sell to me. On our test drive, the sales associate (Bobby) had lots of practical information about the car and easily answered all our questions. On the business end of deal, Scott obviously did all he could to make the process as painless as possible for us (financially as well as emotionally). I will recommend anyone who is looking for a Toyota to visit Molle Toyota in K.C. It's definately worth the drive! Also, being as young as my wife and I are, we often get alot of condesending attitude from car dealers. Maybe they think since we arent 50 years old that we can't afford to buy from them and don't take us seriously. Never once did I get that feeling from Molle Toyota - thanks guys! More

My first point of contact with Molle Toyota was on their website. After I had completed building my 'dream' car using their very user friendly site I immediately received a confirmation email. Scott Jenkins then followed up with an email with some cars that fit the criteria I had asked for. When I walked into the dealership and asked for Scott he immediately knew who I was and what I needed. Working also with John and Keith I found just the perfect car, financing was a breeze and I was due to pick up my new car the next day...or so we all thought. The next day I called and stated that I had changed my mind about the color, I now wanted red instead of white. Not a problem for this great team at Molle. The perfect red car was located and could still be ready for pick-up the same day. When I arrived to pick up my car Keith was there to greet me and introduced me to the rest of my Molle 'team'. Jim explained the remaining financing and additional options available. Vickie Beatty introduced me to all of the extras my car has to offer...navigation, Bluetooth, audio, seats.....all the way to the windshield wipers! I am looking forward to a very long relationship with Molle Toyota and all of my new Molle team mates/friends. More
