Scott responded to an email request in regards to an inquiry about a new Venza. He promptly found out what features I wanted and offered me a price that was $700-850 lower than the lowest negotiated pr inquiry about a new Venza. His reponses were sent back timely and he was very friendly. The easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Steve was very friendly and informative once I got to the dealership to purchase the car. The actual time spent on paperwork was very minimal and there was NO pressure to "add" a bunch of the sterotypical services. My wife and I bought a 2008 Highlander from Superior and had a good experience, however, not nearly as fantastic as an experience compared to Molle. Nice work guys! More
Actually had arrived for service for another Molle purchased vehicle but was interested in exploring a new Camry purchase. Ron LaHue presented himself in a professional manner and I explained what purchased vehicle but was interested in exploring a new Camry purchase. Ron LaHue presented himself in a professional manner and I explained what I was after and the approximate price range. Ron made an offer on behalf of Molle and I expressed no interest at that price. I seated myself while waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. Later Ron reapproached me with the Sales Manager and revisited pricing. Again I presented an acceptable price range. Molle made an offer, I countered and Molle accepted. I was pleased with the negotiating process, the price reached and services in general. Both my son and son-in-law are Molle customers, in addition to myself, so Molle must be doing something right! Frank Cockrell More
Scott and Keith are both very personable and I felt I could trust them. They listened to me when I told them what it was I was looking for and they did a good job of staying within my price range and di could trust them. They made the whole experience pleasurable and I enjoyed meeting them and working with them. I went there looking to buy a Toyota because I'm pretty much sold on Toyota, Lexus and also Honda and Acura having had all they cars except Acuras. But there was a slightly used BMW that I really liked I got that one and really like it. It very well may not be quite as dependable as the Toyota's or Honda's but its fun to drive. It was so easy and such a pleasant experience. I called Scott on the phone told him what I was looking for and he told me what he had available. This was from start to finish one of the best car buying experiences I've had. So much different than what I'm used to dealing with while buying a car. I'd researched the vehicle I was looking for ahead of time so I had a great idea of its value and expected condition for a used automobile. I also had what I thought was a realistic expectation for the value of my trade and was prepared to argue for it. Thankfully, it was an entirely smooth transaction with no haggling or sales pitch pressure. If more salesmen treated their clients as well as Amanda Flynn treated us car dealers would have a much better reputation. Amanda was very personable and made us feel very comfortable throughout the experience. If you're looking to buy from Molle Toyota I highly recommend you request Amanda. I was also very appreciative of the fact that the vehicles 120k maintenance had been completed along with a few other issues that needed addressed before being sold. That maintenance alone would've been a $1500 plus tab I would've had to pick up on my own. Makes me feel much better about buying an SUV with that many miles and raises my opinion of a dealership willing to make sure they're putting the best vehicle they can on the lot. The fact that they'd handle the sale of an older vehicle this well makes me believe the new car buying experience would be just as positive. More

They were not pushy and constantly calling like other dealers that I have talked to in the past which made my decision to buy from Molle Toyota that much easier and of course they gave me a great deal.
