We purchased a 2010 Toyota Venza on September 22, 2010. We had been looking for a new vehicle for the last 18 months. One of the reasons we did not purchase a car sooner was because we were not happy with any of the dealerships that we had visited. They were either to pushy, unwilling to negotiate, or not attentive. I located Molle Toyota on the internet. I was immediately impressed with their prices. We decided to visit the dealership and we were even more pleasantly surprised. Rick McPherson was not pushy, just friendly. He willingly road with us as we test drove three different vehicles for nearly 2 hours! But even better, Molle Toyota was willing to negotiate! Once we determined a price with Scott Jenkins, they quickly took our chosen vehicle in for detailing and to gas up the tank. (I seriously doubt if too many dealerships give you a full tank of gas with purchase!) While we waited for our new car, Rick McPherson, setup our first service visit and introduced us to our mechanic. Once the car was ready, Rick setup our bluetooth phone and give us instructions on how to use the navigation system. And since then, we have gotten calls from Molle Toyota just to see if we are still happy and to tell us that the title information was being mailed. There is no doubt in my mind that if I have any questions I can call Rick for assistance at anytime. In a nutshell, we had the best experience we have ever had purchasing a car and will recommend Molle Toyota to all of our friends. When we are ready to purchase our next vehicle, Molle Toyota will be our first destination! More
Our experience was so refreshing. We weren't hounded by sales people, but they were attentive when we had questions. On our first visit we told the salesman that we were just looking today and he was ok w sales people, but they were attentive when we had questions. When we came back to buy our car it didn't take hours to come up with a deal that worked for both of us. Again, so refreshing. I would highly recommend Molle Toyota for a great car buying experience. I had done research regarding ecpected cost (USAA auto circle) and the dealer was able to meet my expectations. They also arranged for the specific model and color that I wanted to be delivered to their d circle) and the dealer was able to meet my expectations. From the first time we stopped for an inquiry Paul Riggin was very helpful. We found the truck we wanted and within two dasys it was in our garage. Everyone was very helpful, accomading and friendly. Rick McPherson is friendly(not overbearing or pushy),knowledgeable about the cars he sells, and tries to make the buying experience pleasant. We had to kid him about the fact that there was no real dickering over the price. When we went back to get the car, Rick was concerned about saving us time while we were there and took us to J. R. rather than have us wait. We had a pleasant experience buying a car from Rick and also found J. R. to be both helpful and pleasant, which speaks well of the personnel hired by the dealership. We also purchased another new car from the dealership in the past and have had excellent service on that car and have been pleased with that car. More
I had a nightmare of an experience dealing with Jay Wolfe. Aaron Lautt listened and had me come right in for service. so so experience....some aspects were OK (auto purchased was detailed nicely) but generally not impressed due to: 1) logistics .....two buildings in place; one for used car and other for credit/closing.. was detailed nicely) but generally not impressed due to: 1) logistics .....two buildings in place; one for used car and other for credit/closing....not within walking distance....cumbersome 2) Not only did I NOT get a decent deal, the explanations as to why negotiations were ending were insulting, patronizing at best (by insulting I mean there wasn't much intelligence behind them such as "well due to the rough economy, our dealership cnnot offer better deals. What >??????? Isn;t the consumer (me) also going throught the same rough economy???? Also only filling gas tank with $20 of fuel was not appreciated and comes across as unnecessarily cheap. 3) salesperson was not educated in the car he sold us (I basically did all the research on cars.com so I had the car picked out in advance) He offered very little if any help with the specifics of the car. His answer to my questions was mostly "check the owner's manual". Unacceptable 4) Financing associate was good. No problems. I forget his name More
I purchased 4 of 6 Toyotas from Molle. Molle's sales and service is great. I will defenitely consider them as my first choice to visit in the future. I made approx. 90% of the purchase deal over the phone (with Scott Jenkins and Steve Hennecke) ... completed the deal the same day ... both were outstanding to work with .... I would recommend them to others. J.R. in finance also did a great job. The entire staff is very friendly and knowlagble. The service department is also great ... dependable & timely repaairs, great hours, knowlable staff, and great shuttle service. Overall I was very pleased with the entire process. More
