Our experience at Molle Toyota was top notch. We had inquired at two other Toyota dealerships via internet in the same area. One of the dealerships did not respond to us at the requested email address, and the other dealership didnt have what we were looking for. Our last stop was Molle Toyota. We drove 2 1/2 hours to buy a car for our daughter, and received professional & courteous treatment from Scott, Bill and JR. Although it took extra time to complete the sale, we saw our salesmen do everything possible to make us feel like we were their only customers. From now on we will start with Molle and save alot of valuable time. More

The purchase of the Prius was more an intellectual than an emotional decision (I traded a BMW, so there was a sacrifice of emotion!). That said, I had researched the Prius pretty completely on internet and in the press. I knew its stats and good Consumer Reports ratings. I had not driven the car, however, until I went to Molle. Gene, the sales rep who met me on the lot, gave me a good explanation of the various attributes of the Prius that I would not necessarily have read about; he did not blast me with sales jargon, but answered virtually all my questions. After having test driven the Prius, I was pleased with the car and what remained was 1) working up the nerve to commit on the purchase, and 2) getting what I considered a fair trade and net price quotation, Both Gene and his internet cohorts, whom I badgered with questions I fear, were patient and complete in the answers to my queries, and provided a very good and straight up price quote which I could live with. 0% financing available from Toyota Finance at the purchase time was an important factor to me as well. When I committed to purchase, there were a couple of dealer-installed options I desired and Gene took care of these for me (one was window tinting, and this was very well done by a 3rd party installer who works with Molle). When my wife and I picked up the new Prius a few days later, we were met at the door by Vicky Beatty, who formatted the phone option in the car with my Blackberry, and then proceeded to take close to an hour to lead us through the various new and sometimes novel ways that the Prius operates (after 2 weeks I am no veteran, but no longer find things quite so strange). In addition to the sterling service on the delivery date, I have needed to call Vicky twice on operational Prius questions, and she has been both courteous and helpful both times. I think if I called again she would still be so, but I am pretty accustomed to our Prius now. My neighbor, whom I respect immensely, has bought several cars at Molle and throughly commends the service department as well; I have had no experience there, and hope not to make their acquaintance soon or get on a first name basis due to frequency of contact. Nonetheless, it is good to know that service personnel and quality/reliability are reliable, as I bought extended warranties on which I would expect good work. Overall my impression of Molle Toyota is very good, indeed, at this 2-week mark in my Toyota Prius ownership. More

I had time to consider what I wanted and they were very patient with me and not pressuring, like other places. It also didn't feel like we were working with salesmen but more that they were just friends. Also, they gave us an incredible deal that doesn't even compare to the other Toyota places we were looking at. I have previously been in the business working myself for Toyota in Louisiana and recently moved to MO.. I wish every Toyota dealer was like this one but unfortunately they are not. I think he is a prime example of why your agency is so highly rated among other dealerships in the nation. Specifically, I honor Joe for his wisdom and honesty in helping me explore options, and his diligence in negotiating with management to get me the best possible deal. Plus he is just a nice guy whose cheerfulness brightened my day. I am so impressed with Joe that I attempted privately to offer him a gratuity of $50, which he refused to accept for the sake of upholding the integrity of your sales process. And he turned down my gratuity tactfully so as not to offend me! All that impressed me even more about Joe. I told him that, as far as I’m concerned, his sales work is a ministry for God, even as I have had my own ministry as a police chaplain and now as an advocate for victims of abuse.
