Any Toyota General Manager of any dealership would be impressed with the I was treated from beginning to end of my Molle Toyota car buying experience. The only thing that was not satisfactory was the color of the car. In order to get the price, the car package that I wanted, and the extended warrenty, I had to buy a car that was on the lot. Otherwise, I could not be more pleased!!! I would hold this company as an example of the way the buyer should be treated. More
My family's recent experience at Molle Toyota in KCMO was great! We were met by salesman, Michael Cox and asked him a ton of questions about the SUVs and the Venza crossover -- we were quite impressed with h great! Also important to us, he did not hover us while we checked out the cars we were most interested in seeing. He gave us our space to explore cars of interest and was immediately available when we had questions. Once we decided on the car we wanted to purchase and the final purchase price, Mr. Cox efficiently had the paperwork prepared. My family is quite busy, so I greatly appreciated the timely efficiency in getting us in and out. We absolutely had a great experience. I love my Toyota Venza and would recommmend that others to check out Molle Toyota! More

I have given Molle Toyota the "great" rating in every category because of the buying experience we had with the dealership and the salesman, Gene Noble. Each was exemplary! He explained all of the features of the Camry, before our purchase and made sure we understood after the sale was completed. My husband and I have purchased many cars through the years and we appreciated Gene's salesmanship. We gave us time to try the car, discuss our options, and consider alternatives. He did not pressure us, although was good at directing the sale and anticipating our needs. We would not hesitate to contact him at any time and feel he would always assist us as best he could. The Molle Toyota dealership was so easy to work with. They too answered all our questions and anticipated our needs. They had an evening reception of "new car owners" and went through features of the cars, explained procedures of different tasks such as changing tires and had snacks and door prizes. Representatives from several departments spoke to us which was so informative! We left knowing how to schedule checkups, maintenance and other helpful hints. So, would we recommend the dealership, Molle Toyota? Definitely!!! and would we recommend the salesman, Gene Noble? Most Definitely--already have!!! More

I'd been emailing Scott back and forth about a specific Rav4 I was looking for. I'm very specific about certain criteria that I was looking for and he was very accommodating and friendly. He found exactly what I was looking for and was very fair and open about the price and what rebates/discounts I might qualify for. We came to a mutually agreeable price with almost no back-and-forth, and then I asked him how much he'd give for my trade. After emailing a few pics and info about my trade, he again gave a very fair price for it. I set an appointment to go pick up the car because it was a 4hr drive for me. When I arrived Scott was busy but the staff made every effort to get him or someone else to assist me. After a very short wait Scott came by and got things started. He was very well prepared and made sure I was comfortable and had all my needs met (offered a drink, use of the facilities, etc.) before we sat down to go over the paperwork. He was efficient with the paperwork, got it completed quickly, then took me to see my new car - he even took the stuff out of my old car for me and transferred it over (the carseat baffled him though, I had to do that LOL). He showed me all the dials, knobs and levers in the car, explained the major systems and warranty, and got it out of the showroom for me. He knew I was in a hurry to get home and facing another 4 hours back, so he was efficient but not rushed, and I was out of there in just over an hour. I had such a pleasant experience with Scott and the finance manager that I will definitely recommend Molle Toyota to anyone looking to buy a car. More
Ray was courteous and friendly while I was at the dealership. He listened to me and found the what I was looking for in an automobile. Ray then assisted with closing and made sure I knew where things were on the automobile before I left the lot. He also told me if I had any questions to call him back and he would assist in any way he could. Soon after the sale, when Toyota was having the recalls because of a brake malfunction, Ray called me and told me to come in and have the item installed. I think that it is really good when a sales person follows up with a customer after a sale. It showed that he cares enough about his customers and thinks very highly of them. Keep up the good work Ray! More
We drove 200 miles to visit Molle despite having a local dealership. Molle was fair honest and it was great and honestly a laid back car buying experience. They had everything set up and ready to go.
