My husband and I currently have two Passat Leases. My husband's lease is expiring in December 2017 and I just entered into a new Passat Lease. Our lease was made possible because of his knowledge of the different models, his integrity, the high level of professionalism and service he provided. Given our work schedule it was difficult for us to visit the dealership. With one phone call to Steve, we explained what we were looking for and what we could afford and he was on it! He gathered all of the information and called us with many different options. He made it so easy for us that we only visited the dealership once before picking up the car. When picking up the car, we didn't arrive until close to closing time due to heavy traffic, and David Slavin and Ted Fisher were right there to assist in getting the plates taken care of while Steve and Alexander assisted us with paperwork. Steve also then took the time to go over everything in the car, handed me his contact information, and also invited me to come back at any time if I had any questions. When I expressed my concern about turning in my husbands lease at the end of the year and need for a larger family vehicle, Steve assured me that I wouldn't have to look further as VW was expanding their line and will have everything we need to accommodate our growing family. He has definitely earned our trust and loyalty. I would also like to acknowledge Alexander for his professionalism and for being such a gentleman. He worked out the numbers for us and made it possible for us to choose from a number of different models in our price range. As a former Mercedes & BMW owners, I just wanted to say that VW has provided me with a luxury vehicle that is wonderful in the snow and won't break the bank. With this being my 7th Volkswagen, I think it's a given that I will be a customer for life!!!! More

I called David Slavin up because I only work with him and he said do not worry just come in Saturday. I walked in Saturday and the following Monday I drove off with a beautiful Pacific Blue Tiguan. Everything went smooth and it was the easiest car deal I ever did. I cannot thank David enough! David is trustworthy and honest and he really cares about his clients. David is family! I will only buy cars from him! Alexander Sultanov who handled my financial papers was extremely helpful! He is such a nice guy and even helped me with my EZ Pass tag! They are all the best!!! More

The finance manager didn't try to sell me any unnecessary extras; in fact, once he heard I planned to buy separate rims & tires for winter, he told me that the tire/rim protection package wouldn't make sense for me. Great service ! When I walked into the dealership I was warmly greeted by Steve no more than 20 seconds after entering the building.
