A satisfactory experience After stating what I was looking for in a car, we took a Sportswagen for a test drive. I liked it better than my previous car, an SUV. Back at the off After stating what I was looking for in a car, we took a Sportswagen for a test drive. I liked it better than my previous car, an SUV. Back at the office, Steve Wells went over terms and cost for the lease and gave me a printout with everything itemized. This was impressive. I decided to go with the car and went back the next day (a Saturday) to finalize the deal. The registration and insurance were transferred by the dealership and the car was ready on Monday. Steve swapped the plates and gave me a detailed explanation of the controls and other features. He paired the phone and set my presets. I can go back for more instructions when needed but will try to work things out with the owner's manual first. We did not make an appointment for the first service because it will be in 10,000 miles so better to schedule closer to the date. More
