Naples VW gives you a loaner car when you bring your car in for service free of charge and the car was returned unwashed and not vacuumed!!! Are you kidding me??? And they are rated the BEST dealership in NY, REALLY??? Give me a break! NY must have some pretty sucky VW dealerships if these guys are the best!!! Only recommended them because it's the only game in town... More

After taking an hour to leave and think about it I was able to come back with a firm decision. 2018 Tiguan SEL in Dark Moss Green Metallic. Now we just had to wait for it to come in. Exactly one week later I got the car I wanted, at the price I was comfortable paying, with a salesman who I would not only use again, but who I ABSOLUTELY recommend to friends and family. More
