I really can't say enough good things about Mohawk. It was a memorable car buying experience. I went in initially for what I thought would just be a service visit. When I got my estimate, I decided it It was a memorable car buying experience. I went in initially for what I thought would just be a service visit. When I got my estimate, I decided it was time for me to explore other options. I ended up leaving highly satisfied with a brand new car. Jake was great and helped get me in my very first new car. He was professional and had excellent customer service skills. I appreciated having someone as knowledgeable as he was in regard to my vehicle of choice. He was able to answer any questions I had and get me into a vehicle that had the features my old one was missing. Nate the finance guy was also a pleasure to work with. He got me a good deal and made sure I knew up front what my costs would be. I really appreciated that he was able to answer all my questions with complete honesty. There was nothing I read in the contract that Nate didn't tell me about up front. I have actually never had that happen at a car dealership before so it is very much appreciated. Lastly but certainly not least, I wind up at Mohawk to have my old car serviced due to not being able to get in with my usual service department in a timeframe I was comfortable with. Mohawk's service department was able to give me an appointment for the next day after I called. I found staff there to be a pleasure to work with. As soon as I got out of the car, I was greeted warmly by Jay and taken care of right away. Jay was super nice, knowledgeable and professional. Literally everyone who helped me while I was there was awesome. If you are looking for a dealership that has professional and kind staff, offers no pressure sales and follows best practices of having no hidden tactics - Just go to Mohawk. They know what they're doing over there and you won’t be disappointed. More
