My 2021 Chevy Blazer broke down recently while we were on a trip to Saratoga. It was towed to Mohawk on a Saturday, and they were able to find the replacement part and perform the service on Monday so that w a trip to Saratoga. The service professional Melisa St.Louis was incredible in every way. She was knowledgeable and thoughtful, and diligent along the way. Very satisfied with my service experience. Staff was friendly and accommodating and the service was completed in a timely manner. I have 2 years car wash with my service plan but when I left the car wasn't washed and I thought I could drive thru myself. However the staff outside said that they would have had to do it. So that would have been great to have had done as part of the maintenance service I was having done. Other than that everything was excellent. And appreciate the coffee and clean waiting area!
