They made my service experience a nightmare. I scheduled an oil change and attempted to schedule my under carriage spray they owed me due to my purchase agreement. Upon arrival they tried to tel I scheduled an oil change and attempted to schedule my under carriage spray they owed me due to my purchase agreement. Upon arrival they tried to tell me they didn’t owe me an undercarriage spray. After a few discussions with staff / managers it was granted and they threw in a Simo exterior spray they can complete on site. ( first red flag ). At the time they stated they can complete the oil change but not the under carriage spray because they use a third party. I said that unfortunate because I am driving an hour to get here but fair enough. So they said they scheduled me a couple weeks out on a Tuesday morning and I left. I arrive at 8am when scheduled after a 12 hour night shift and received a commuter car. Everything appeared to be going smooth. I drove the hour home and went to bed to wake up to a voice mail saying the need to talk to me. Upon talking to Dom he said someone dropped the ball and they never truly scheduled me to get my undercarriage spray and my truck could possibly be done Friday night. I advised Dom I work night shifts all week and Friday morning I leave to head out of town and need my truck Thursday night regardless if it gets done or not. He states they will do their best and they will get my truck over to Legacy ( third party shop ) tonight so it will be there first thing in the morning or if they can sneak it in tonight. Frustrated, I stated okay and assumed they would atleast complete the simo spray that day as Scheduled and get my truck over to legacy. The following day, Wednesday afternoon , I contacted Mohawk Chevrolet to follow up. I got the run around and they will call me back speach. I then took it upon myself to call Legacy an hour later and dealt with Ashley who was great. She stated Mohawk Chevrolet just dropped your vehicle off and she will do everything she can to get it done tonight or by tomorrow noon so you will have your truck back for your trip and that they never called to schedule to appointment How great that I had to call Mohawk Chevrolet to follow up with them in order for them to get my vehicle to Legacy. Come Thursday after noon I call Legacy and start with them first as I’m starting to get concerned with my out of town trip I need my truck for Friday morning, and have to work a night shift Thursday evening. Legacy states they had my vehicle done by Wednesday evening and advised Mohawk Chevrolet once it was completed and the following morning because they did not come and get it Wednesday evening. So now by 1p on Thursday day my truck is still sitting at legacy. I contact Mohawk Chevrolet next and get straight lied to about the status of my vehicle. After calling the representative out , they back tracked and stated they are waiting on someone so they can go up there and grab my truck. Finally I get a call from Dom stating they have my vehicle back but they need to compete the Simo spray still and hopefully it will be done tonight. ( as my truck sat their since Tuesday 8am for it’s scheduled appointment , and half of Wednesday they couldn’t complete my Simo spray). I advised Dom I work at 7pm tonight and I’m an hour away. I need my truck. Luckily it was just completed in enough time for me To grab it and make it to work just on time, which is the ONLY reason I gave a 2 star. If I did not make numerous phones calls following up with Mohawk Chevrolet , holding a so called professional car dealership / auto body’s “hand” , after their mistake , my truck would not have been done on time for my out of a town trip, and they didn’t seem to care and was not a priority to make things right after them not evening properly scheduling me. Their integrity is shot in my book. More

Had to wait almost 3 months for a part that i didn't know i was missing off my new car until i received a letter from Chevrolet and then waited almost three months for the replacement part.
