Poor , alignment was suppose to be done but still pulls to the right, I don’t believe they did anything, car was brought back dirty, was suppose to wash it, manager had to bring car back in to wash, will b to the right, I don’t believe they did anything, car was brought back dirty, was suppose to wash it, manager had to bring car back in to wash, will be going to another mechanic to have it checked out, this should have been done before purchased, only had car 3 weeks and been in shop twice already and still not right. Was in to service my adaptive cruise and lane keep as those features stopped working and also to verify the 2nd key I received was to my vehicle. Was there over 4 hours and the conclusion was they determ those features stopped working and also to verify the 2nd key I received was to my vehicle. Was there over 4 hours and the conclusion was they determined a camera was faulty so that would need to be ordered and installed later and a 2nd key to be ordered as well. TBD if that camera fixes the issues. More

I never received any paperwork a young lady follow me home so my wife could sign off because we were both on the contract. I asked her where my paperwork was and she was a dear and headlight.
